I've been going to this McDonald's for years and although it's been very great, since covid it has deteriorated greatly. The staff is very rude and are not very helpful. I asked for a simple pack of ketchup while going through the drive-through and they told me I had some in my bag I, I checked and I didn't I asked again and they told me I already had some and denied to give me simple ketchup. I would understand if this was addressing and I know that seems really dramatic but honestly just because it's a pack of ketchup makes it all the more ridiculous of a situation in general especially for a big business like McDonald's
There very rude.and as slow as can be..and it's so rude that they speak spanish.customer go in.and want to hear enlish.some people speak enlish and spanish.and the managers say really bad words in spanish..text customs will turn these mangers in if not changed.
It's ok!! What do we expect from McDonald's except good food. Maybe clean restroom

There has been issues at this place both from the staff and the customers. There is always an order that is wrong. My husband usually get the food at McDonald's and this is a place he no longer goes to because there is always an issue with the order. Today I decided to go for the benefit of the doubt.The latest order... my family can't have cheese due to allergy so I asked for two big mac's without cheese. The receipt didn't address the no cheese so I reminded the person behind the counter which was acknowledged it was forgotten and communication was passed on to the kitchen staff to make sure there is no cheese. When we received the order, I open the first burger before we left the store and found no cheese. When we got home, the second big mac had cheese at the bottom layer of the burger. We had to toss that meat away since the cheese melted on the meat.There was drink issue. When I took a sip of the Sweetened Ice Tea, it tasted like sugar syrup and got sugar high from it. On top of that, the lids on our sodas were the wrong lids. The drink spilled when the cup was angled to drink out of it. I thought maybe the lid was open, but it wasn't. Instead the lid for the large coffee was put on the large cup of soda. Same size but wrong fitting which caused the spill. Go figure!Now for the customer during this visit. With the short staff everywhere, a customer should be understanding when you see the people behind the counter busy packing food. Granted the staff see the customers waiting to give their order, the staff behind the counter should acknowledge something like "we'll be right with you", but let it that it may... the customer needs to be patient. You see the staff trying to get all the previous order placed to be packed and ready. My husband mentioned, "yes, some of the customers there are rude."I'm giving three stars because the staff today were working hard and were not rude. My husband has mentioned some of the staff there are rude. Please note, the customers review above does not influence on the star rating.
I ordered Delux crispy chicken sandwich and I got McChicken with pickles. Not going there anymore.

I went through the drive through, I ordered 2 big macs they only gave me one, I've noticed anytime you go through the drive through, check your items before you leave.
This Macdonald should be under the review for Macdonald’s standards. The cashiers always try to sell unnecessarily food, not giving Macdonald’s offer, terrible customer services, over pressure to customers, and try to hide Macdonald’s season discount to steal customer’s money.If McDonald main office review this post, go for monitor and find out many problems.If Macdonald can put self-order computer, cashiers can not be rude to customers. Cashiers are very rude, need to put self- service computers like other Macdonalds have.
Breakfast sandwich was good but soft drink lack carbonation. Not enough people working & staff was not very friendly.
