Worst McDonald's ever. Sandwiches always wrong. If they forget an item you will need to fix it yourself because they will just ignore you. If you need jelly get it from home cuz they will only give u 1. I ordered 5 breakfast Sandwiches and had to ask for a refund before they would give me 3 more jelly. Whats next no ketchup. IM DONE. DONT GO HERE. SMH
Don’t go here. Horrible store that doesn’t accept McDonald’s app. I showed my code and employee said sorry system is down and we can’t accept your deal on McDonald’s app. I asked to speak with manager and they said they were the manager. And I was like if your system is down, that’s on you, honor the deal. She wouldn’t so I said bye. 5/24 around midnight.
If you're looking for a well-known fast food chain that will make you even more disappointed each time you go, look no further to this McDonald's. Throughout the many times that I have been here, there always has been one or two items missing from the order, whether it is sauce packets, fries, or even a whole sandwich. When confronted, management can't come up with an explanation and show little to no care over the situation, and immediately look for a measly substitution if pressured enough, even charging full price without notifying their customers for their careless mistakes. If you want an authentic fast-food experience, drive a little further and head right to the In-N'-Out Burger, but if you're looking for a nice Big Mac, I suggest looking for another McDonald's that at least care about your orders.
Extremely rude and awful costumer service. I waited in the dine in for 30 minutes just for a cookie and two drinks. I asked the manger for the guy in the front name which is Eduardo (hopefully that’s his name), he was extremely rude and said “yeah yeah talk to yourself” “omg I told you that you one minute” “yeah yeah” when I asked him about my order and if it was ready. Two people also agreed with me that he was being rude and sarcastic. Please save your money and avoid coming here because It’s not the first time that the employee Eduardo has done this. Someone has to teach him about costumer service or not have him work there!
Consistently disappointing. I refuse to believe the owner of this location has a degree from Hamburger university. Would love to give 0 star if I could

Sprite had no more syrup and then didn’t let us know and let us order two of them. Asked for ranch (multiple) and was given only one. Burger had no lettuce though it was supposed to come with it, and spicy chicken sandwich had two drops of sauce. Poor customer service skills and poor professionalism.
There fries can be hotter and i wish they would get the original ones back instead of them lil paper bags they give
