I brought my elderly Mom here for lunch. To our surprise, they no longer serve adobo. They were out of other items such as diet Pepsi and the caramel bar. That happens. We ordered pancit bihon, minus pork and shrimp, adding chicken in their place. I was startled to see chicken cartilage and a bone; I'm just glad my Mom didn't end up with it. I spent several minutes trying to pick through the dish trying to remove all the choking hazards. I pointed it out to our server who said she told the manager. She returned saying, "I told 'him'. Sorry, but you did order chicken." I guess that means they don't care that you get bones. I paid the bill and headed for the door, only to be redirected to use the side door because they didn't want to unlock the front door for a patron with limited mobility. I haven't been here in quite some time, and probably won't return for another long while. I'll pay $35 for lunch at a place that cares more about their customers.

The table smelled horrible. When I quietly and apologetically told them. The waitress was making up excuses. The food was way over priced for and not that tasty.

We’re just so disappointed at this restaurant. They become like scam artist. We’ve tried this restaurant twice just to be fair but each time we got burned we our take out food. First time few month ago we ordered bunch of food they short changes us with the food we’ve ordered to go. When we got home there were no rice and no bistake. When we called to let them know they hung up on us. The second time was yesterday. After 45 minutes wait to get our food when we got home again they have short changes us our Kare Kare was missing, there was hardly beef in their beefsteak and the chicken was so hard it was left over from lunch. I know for sure they’re going to blame it on Covid. But he no problem getting our money for such a mediocre food. We don’t recommend this restaurant. There are much better Filipino restaurants than this one. WE NEVER GO BACK TO THIS RESTAURANT.
