This place is so rude, if they wanted to go home at 9:00pm they should close at 8:30pm, they stand by our table and watched us to finish our meals so they can clean up .Because they were rushing us I swallowing so quickly I almost got burned from the hot soup. We took only 15 minutes to eat but they still decided to rush us . I regretted that I had given them tips, I am sure they would not dare to do this to certain people. Message for them "This is America"
I think Number 17 noodle and Thai tea/ Hot tea are not so bad but good at least because i need that to wake up so i recommend it.
Horrible customer service, lady that helped looked annoyed to help me the second i walked up to the counter and she proceeded to slam my card back to me. I asked if she would just call my order number when ready and told me to just sit down it be ready in 10 minutes. Not even 2 minutes later she slams my food in front of me, no thank you no Nothing. The food was delicious, which is why im leaving 2 stars.
This by far one of the worst Pho restraints I ate at.#1 the spring rolls were disgusting. Not fresh. There was even something wrong with the sauce. .#2 this place had a horrid smell. And no it was not the food. Remember I have eaten at a ton Pho place.#3 Our waiter was very discriminatory and only spoke to our spanish speaking friend in spanish. Didn't bother to try. At least my friend paid for the scrappy spring rolls.#4 they are just stared at us to leave.This a very lazy entitled restaurant.Will never go here again and thankful I have restaurants to go to.
Good food and reasonably priced. Service is good too. Pho flavor could improve a little. Otherwise, it's good.
Friendly service and very reasonably priced, but the pho wasn't all that special. Makes it hard to recommend vs some of the extremely good pho competition in the areaThe rice places looked really good, but I didn't get to try them.
Every other Friday at 5pm, I make the trek to Daly City for this pho. I love when I catch a glimpse of their comically large ladle; it can fill a bowl with soup in one scoop.The service is fast and the prices are great. I wish this existed in the South Bay. ☺️
I ordered for pick up, noticed that the other item was incorrect. The lady at the cashier obviously didn't like it. I even repeated my orders 3x when I called I said. I just don't appreciate when they give you ATTITUDE while you support their business. There are other pho restaurants and it so happens this is the closest to us. The food is just ok.
No matter what you order the food is always fresh and delicious. I will continue to eat here.
Kevin you lost my returning business over a bowl of soup. Why don’t you included the soup that’s included in the combo for take out?? That’s what enjoyable and pairs nicely with the food. I even offered to bring my own glass tupperware so they could put the soup in but the guy on the phone said they couldn’t do that. 40 cents worth of soup over $45 of food I was gonna buy.
