I didn't have high expectations going in, but the whole experience ended up being better than I expected. It beats out the other sushi places in the mall.The sushi selection itself is above average, composed mainly of nigiri and eclectic rolls with some staples. Their pricier plates were all hits to me. The funnest part is ordering something special and seeing it come in on the bullet train. It adds even more novelty to the whole conveyor belt sushi experience. The plates are covered with a plastic top and the area is kept pretty clean. My only complaint is that it can be hard to flag down wait staff if you sit outside the middle row. You really had to wave one down when they get busy. Overall, I'd definitely come back! 8/10
I prefer this Japanese restaurant over Kura at Stonestown. I prefer the Japantown location over the Serramonte location. Japantown has more variety. This Serramonte location is run by Chinese.I ordered the chashui ramen and it was overly salty. I also ordered the fried chicken which is comparable to the popcorn chicken at Quickly’s boba shop. I do not recommend these two items

Service was solid. Sushi selection was fresh but I suggest using the iPad ordering option so that it's guaranteed to be fresher compared to the sushi that's on the conveyor belt. Shrimp tempura was pretty tasty as well.
Little hole in the wall where Lane Bryant used to be. Sushi is pretty good and reasonably priced. Love the conveyor belt and train system they use. There were only 2 waitresses, one was super nice, the other not so much. That's why I removed one star. Literally had to follow her just to get a water refill and she wasn't happy ? Bruh, I was thirsty. But overall good and a great option while at the mall. The dishes are color coated and I want to say $6 is the most expensive. But totally worth it to try out

Avocado roll and shrimp tempura roll was good and my mom enjoyed whatever she ordered as well. Tea that was given throughout our meal was good too. Only thing I don't appreciate about this place is that sometimes it feels like they're rushing you out
Fresh authentic sushi and sashimi and no long wait. High quality ingredients and excellent service. This place is better than Kura Sushi at Stonestown. Save your time and money and go here instead. They also have a little train that delivers food to you if you request specific rolls or sushi. Highly recommend to everyone!
Generous slices of fresh sashimi. Chicken karaage was yummy and not oily; it was freshly made and piping hot. Relaxing atmosphere and friendly staffs. Will definitely return and recommend it!
