Myself and my friend both got food poisoning yesterday. She ordered a Sometimes I'm a vegetarian sandwich and I ordered a Jaymee Sirewich. We feel awful today and wanted to inform the facility about it.Update:I spoke with a manager of the location site. She was very friendly and took the issue seriously. its a good sandwich, i dont know why they put too much mushrooms though, but overall its a good sandwich they make here
Doesn't matter if there are 4 staff on duty and no customers inside, they'll still take 10+ minutes to make one sandwich. Unbelievable. Manager should be ashamed of such poor training and lackluster service. Staff were friendly enough while ordering, but wow, what a disappointment the full experience was. I'm completely compassionate and patient when things are hectic/busy, but whoa, this franchise simply doesn't care.
It was a great experience for a chain, the sub was fresh and everything on the menu seems exciting. Totally a departure and far away from the other chains!
The food here is quite good and, unlike many other sandwich places, is extremely accommodating of vegans, vegetarians, and people with all other types of dietary needs and preferences. The vibe is relaxed and upbeat, and the staff were very positive. Prices were a bit on the high side, but in such a pricey place it was definitely not bad for what they are offering.
Visiting the area and saw thus sandwich shop. Wow! I love the menu which is loaded with great options (I tried the Matt Cain sandwich). Staff was helpful and the dinner with my family was great as we all loved the various sandwiches we ordered.
Try the Julius cold not hot its the best it tastes like a chicken Ceasar salad in a sandwich
Gotten sandwiches here several times and they're usually pretty good, but ordered the Alaric today and it was drowned in sauce with two or three quarter-sized pieces of chicken. If I'm going to pay $10 for a chicken sandwich....can I at least have some chicken on it?
Dirty, boxes everywhere, flies circulating, no ice, bathroom out of service…. Hope I don’t get sick..
