Been here a few times recently, twice the experience was nice had great service.One time we had a server who didn't really care, never got any refills, food came out cold, and our order was wrong.Takes awhile to get seated here also, never a host in the front.But the all the other times it was great, food was good and affordable. And the service was really good on each of the other times.Overnight staff was great!
Got curbside pick up so can only comment on that aspect. Pick up was fast as directed on their app. However, the 2 parking spots supposedly reserved for curbside were both occupied by non-curbside customers since there were no one inside those vehicles. This wasn't an issue for me this time as I was able to find alternate parking close by but the area is busy and future visits can be problematic. Hope IHOP enforces curbside parking only for those spots. The food was tasty and well-portioned. We particularly liked that pancakes are considered a side item (like fries) for almost any entree. Will visit again!
Snotty mushroom & sausage omelet w partially frozen hash browns, then the Togo bin busted & what ild planned was to give my pups a treat, went all over the floor.. A 15$ omelets & tea went to a snotty mess to a 27$ mistake..
Dining out with my two year old and 7 year old with their dad can go one of two ways. Either everybody behaves and it's a calm family dinner or it can get a little chaotic. Thankfully it was somewhere in between and staff was very courteous polite and patient. They were kind of short staffed so the manager stepped in as our server and he went above and beyond with customer service.
I made my own pancake, but they forgot the shredded beef, I told the waitress and to make it easier I said I didn't need to make a new one, just bring it to me in a container, because I didn't receive it.i don't know if the waitress didn't understand my english but if so she should let me know and not keep me waiting
They have excellent customer service and are very friendly.
Thoroughly enjoyed the seasonal pumpkin pancakes and the two pancakes were plenty of food for me. My son had 2 eggs over easy, chicken fried steak and hash browns. He pretty much cleaned his plate.The server was pleasant and efficient. Our order was taken promptly. The entrees were prepared in a timely manner.
Food good, fast service, but very cold inside. Need to turn up the heater.

ANA the waitress . Very Nice. She has been there a long time.Meal was good. I can see covid precautions.I appreciate the most that the air conditioning was not on full blast so it was not cold in the building.
