4.5 stars actually. Great place for dim sum especially of koi palace is too busy. The dumplings skins have great texture.Menu is smaller than I would like though and service was slow.

Food is good. But every dish add sugar.
It's a neighborhood Chinese restaurant, so mostly locals. The Cantonese food is authentic and yummy. The bathroom smells like they throw bleach everywhere, yet 'clean' by Chinese standards.
Bad flavor and poor service, dirty restroom. So expensive and forced customers give them fixed tips. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU WANT A GOOD EXPERIENCE.
Old, dirty, dilapidated, and unkempt interior. Don't you ever use the bathroom or you would regurgitate your dinner. Price not cheap for the poor quality of dinner. Their fry cooks were very lazy. Ordered the lettuce wrap and they did not wash the pan after the previous dish. The whole thing tasted like charcoal. You could see dots of burnt, black, particles mingle with minced pork. Complained to the waitress and she was likely blind. She called those black sesame! I said no sesame flagrance. She said they were block soy beans bits! Still had to pay. Don't eat any true pan-fried food or you would be fed garbage. Pay attention, many so called "panfried" were actually deep-fried first, then added starchy sauce.
Good place for Dim Sum. Food is tasty and prices are responsible. You order from checking off the paper menu vs. picking from a cart.
The food was good, the location has it's detriments and it's an older furnished restaurant.
