Delicious food, hardworking employees, pleasant atmosphere! As usual, i ordered a bowl with chicken and NO rice. The price is reasonable. Also, it would be wounderful if trash containers could be emptied more often. Otherwise, i am fully satisfied.
The service was and ALWAYS will be lousy. I don't buy food from ANY of these Chipotle restaurants.
A great place to get fresh bland food.
Chipotle is a place I have to try next time because I always ended going to real Mexican restaurants.I believe that true Mexican restaurants provide better flavor and salsa are free for second serving or if you want more.

Westlake’s Daly City. While waiting in line…. one of the workers yelled out cash only… I said oh ok I will order online… then she said oh no is working now… then I order the food a bowl I said mild sauce and everything else on it… and she put 3 spoonfuls of hot sauce one of each I mean full spoonfuls. I said to her not all the hot sauces. She said you said everything on it…. The other lady made another bowl… and said no problem she was nice, while the other helper lady worker kept laughing. They need training and why cash only??? Needless to say said the lady that was laughing was not so nice to re do my bowl was kind of stingy with the other ingredients. It is usually a great service there… not so much tonight… plus I didn’t think anything was so funny about putting hot sauces on top of my burrito bowl. Better luck next time… maybe they changed workers or they were off today !
My wife and I are doing keto and Chipotle offers a salad option so I just order it topped with smoked brisket cheese and peppers and onions, queso Blanco and guac! So good

My husband attempted to order food for our children. All the employees were wearing masks except one very rude woman. Our children are not vaccinated so he asked that someone that is masked prepare their food. She was incredibly rude. Considering that the CA health department is currently recommending all people wear masks due to the Delta varient, even if vaccinated. She could have the decency to accept his request and allow the employees adjacent to her to serve our unvaccinated children's meal. The lack of empathy is appealing.
This was the most bad experience I ever had, the food was cold and not cooked properly and the people didn't have gloves on I had to ask them to put them on, and everything was overpriced for the little that they give you, and you had to pay extra for each item ,I will Never Go Back There
