Love their classic chicken sandwich :)!You can also order biscuit instead of regular bread. The cookies and brownies are baked at the store... yum!The wait now is not bad at all.You can also order online, but it has a limit to heads up!
My first time having chick-fil-a, absolutely loved the sauces (my fav being the honey mustard sauce)
-Food was generally good. Brownie, Spicy deluxe chicken sandwich, fries and Lemonade were all good. The nuggets were also good but not sure if I'll be ordering again.-Indoor ordering was fast-Prep was fast. Probably got my order roughly 5 mins. Give or take a few.-Check your bag though. Mine was missing the sauces and utensils. I ordered take out so I'm not sure if I was supposed to get the utensils myself or if it's supposed to be already in the bag.-Free refills-Drive thru used to be 2 lines all the way through the pickup window but it looks like it now merges to a single file line after the ordering station. As usual it's long.-Wait staff was nice
The drive thru line aside. The food is as expected: fresh, delicious and satisfying. The people taking orders and bringing out the food are courteous, attentive and friendly. I'm sure they still got a lot to work on logistics wise, but the lines are a testament to the quality deliciousness Chick-Fil-A provides.Recent note: I have noticed that they have the building open for walk ins, so that's good. Still not sure if they have dine in still.
Indoor dining and outdoor dining is finally open now. The line is not as bad as it used in the drive thru too.
We waited 30min in the drive thru at 5pm. We got the spicy deluxe meal and a regular sandwich. The sandwiches were delicious as always. We usually don't get the fries from Chick-fil-As because they are soggy and flavorless but this time it was crunchy and there's a hint of bbq seasoning. Tasty!
I've come to this location a few times and the workers that take orders outside usually don't have menu's on them. I've either had to look at a tiny screen or wait until they can grab a physical one. I usually know what I want, but I like to try different things on the menu from time to time. Overall, the customer service is great at usual.
Trash cans outside were overflowing, lines have been long since they opened, dirty tables outside were hard to sit at because the chairs are chained up, no napkins or silverware etc. stocked inside, and not accepting mobile app preorders. Good chicken though.
Huge line but goes by fast if you’re patient enough. Staff seems unhappy, overwhelmed and overworked because they’re scrambling to help cars and staffing changes. They’re also constantly talking to each other asking what’s what. It looks unorganized and dangerous as they walk in between all the cars. Then they tell everyone to move forward. I saw one person almost get hit. Also, I was really annoyed because they always forget to ask what sauces you want and then when you ask there’s actually none in your bag. If you’ve never had Chick-fil-A it’s cumbersome when you have to order when there’s no menu to look at and you have to use your phone. I have to order by memory which is okay but not a good experience. My advice is to go sparingly and just be patient. They’re sorta rude but treating them kind helps as they seem stressed and chaotic. The usual “my pleasure” saying doesn’t exist here and that’s why I can tell they’re not happy but just doing their job the best they can.
It is chick fila. And it is tasty like you already know. Does it worth the 30-60 min wait along the drive through line? I would say no.There is a redwood city location if you don't want to wait. And most of the south bay locations have no lines. Why I have to stick in this location then?If you really want to go. I would suggest after 7:30pm. The line would be less than 20 min on week days. It may worth if you seriously have some time to kill.
