Customer service is a garbage UnprofessionalDrive thru cashier Katherine I asked to add a breakfast burrito to my order she just rolled her eyes then sheGave my change drops the coins on the ground and didn’t care like wt where’s my complete change plus she gave me the hot coffee very cold , I’m not asking for discount or free food BK will stay with McDonald’s ♥️Very rude come on people get a job you love not hate !!!
1st time at this business in Westlake. Abysmal! Rude burnt out worker, cold coffee, ANTS on my napkins. Soggy tasteless biscuit sandwich. NEVER going back! 3strikes in 10 minutes.
The food is so fresh off the grill. Request for the burger (no tomato, mayo etc) we perfect. Claudia (cashier) very helpful. Coupons by mail is excellent.. value for my monet. Thank you so much!
Not enough staffing during lunch time 12pm to 1pm. Waited 40min inline other i hear complaining about the drive thru, stuck for 30 min plus and getting the wrong order. Its not the staff and understand they are doing there best, but please add like 3 more workers. 2 cashiers other 2 helping and getting the food right.A Fool place other than the King.
Everyone please make sure to check your food before you leave! I came here in drive thru at the night and the fries and chicken nuggets were all so COLD!!! It did not taste good because the food was very cold. The employees would not give you hot cooked fries which is rude
The cashier Julio V, Latino guy, is very unprofessional and rude. He got my order wrong and did not apologize. I had to wait a long time just for 1 order. He’s not nice and does not care about helping customer

BEWARE!! Worst BK I've ever been to. The staff has completely took over this food chain and blocked all seating and restrooms. Staff is easily annoyed and very unprofessional. This location needs to be reviewed ASAP!
They always serve you the food cold. Never once they gave me warm food. It’s always cold to the touch I highly don’t recommend this location!
With my breakfast purchase i am fully satisfied. As usual, my order was 2 croissan'wiches for $4, Mixn' Match. One is with sausage and egg and another one is with bacon and egg. I asked to make my order without cheese. After eating, i felt great, full of energy and happiness. Good place to save $.
