Went on a Sunday night after a Giants game. We sat at a high top in the bar area and were just so disappointed. The nachos with chili were good, but the wings came out looking dry (or maybe they had been under a heat lamp?). They clearly did have sauce on them, but by the time we got them they weren't... Saucy? The looked like dry rub.We didn't get carrots or celery with our order and when we asked for some, the saddest white carrots and celery were dropped off. I've only seen white baby carrots in my fridge when I buy them pretending I'll be healthy and then don't finish them.On our way out we saw a booth that had roll ups (napkins) and a big bag of mixed veggies and baby carrots. Not sure why this wasn't being done in the kitchen but maybe that's why our carrots looked so gross.Customer service wasn't bad but wasn't great. We had empty soda cups for longer than I'd prefer more than once.
Food : so so. For wings (in the bay area), better than average.Service quite good.Restrooms :clean and in good working condition. The best thing is the sound. You can hear the TV narration perfectly. I don't mean loud, but clear.
Get it together BWs. You have open tables and people in tables finished eating. No excuse for not seating patrons aside from poor management. You advertise as a place to gather for games but don’t accommodate the environment. Get out of the bay area and let a real establishment serve warriors fans. P.S. we all know the wings are average at best so w/o an ambiance why would you come here.
Sitting there for a while. Observing the entire restaurant, especially to the Customers who were waiting in the reception-couch area for over 10min, thinking they might be waiting for a take-away and it wasn’t, plenty of table available and the Reception lady took that long to sit the customers?! Couldn’t believe, then another 5min for someone to serve and bring the menu. Then, other two customers come in and have them wait, for another +10min for a table…Employees must not be motivated to work, not attentive at all i must say.
One of the worst experiences I ever had. 24 empty tables and 6 spot in the bar. Even that we had to wait 25 min to be seated. Terrible customer service. I'll never recommend this place to anyone.Just continuing the nightmare.... we waited 40 min... then they sent us to the bar.... so the bartender said the kitchen was closed... disgusting... the manager and everyone else could careless about us or even more people waiting. I counted over 20 who came and left. Worst service, no respect, they should close this place. It's a shame. Can't belive this place exists. We left off course after 1 hour of wasting time. I wish I could give them a negative 5 starts.
Longer wait than usual on BOGO 50% Tuesdays, and staff could have been a bit more attentive. Food is always a win at BWW so we keep coming back
good beer and wings. outstanding service
It’s probably the worst Buffalo Wild Wings in this country. I love hot wings and i have been in this restaurant and ordered for take out several times. But no more. If you are ordering for take out they are cooking the wings until they turn into stones. I am always saying “ok maybe this time it ll be better” but no. Every time it’s the same. Dine in experience is also terrible. You can sit in the dining area for 2 hours you won’t get a server. You have to find somebody first and tell them you are waiting to be served. But good luck finding someone because they are very good at ignoring you. Stay away if you like buffalo wings or good service
Our waiter Eric was an excellent waiter he was very concerned when I told him my boneless wings were hard he got me a new order of my boneless wings. And my daughter's chicken tenders were cold but Eric asked my daughter if she wanted another batch of chicken tenders and she said no thanks. The chocolate cake was delicious and my Carmel cheesecake was also delicious.
Service was ok. The lady barely stopped to check on us. We had to ask for refills by the time we got them we were ready to leave. The staff was standing around by the restroom on the phone while we were waiting for our waiter to help us. They have so much potential but will never come back here again. My Brisket Ultimate nachos were ultimate chips and jalapeños. less than 1oz cheese and 1oz brisket. The wings were great but just not worth my money to drive from Napa to get horrible food.
