It was my first time ordering online to a disappointment. I ordered cheese fries for my kids. By the way, this was the first time them trying the gourmet fries. I drive home to some regular fries instead. I had to drive back to change the order. Aside from the crew being not remorseful, it was a waste of time and gas (considering the gas cost). Very disappointed!
You guys might have been great..back then. But with so much technology, people have alot of things to try out. Google map is old. (Sorry Google) and not used alot. Therefore not alot of updates on many sites. If this is your idea of a 10 piece..then the money u were given is a donation. You guys obviously need the money. P.S. didn't open it til later on, kept the box around to gain envy from Friends. "Can I get a piece?" Ahhh yes good times.
Fries portions are stingy. Lots of sauces but little fries … so the fries become very soft and mushy.
Bad customer service there’s always a lot of employees but they never get your order right. Your order is never on time even if you order online and get there to hours later it’s never ready
Wrong order was delivered, called the store to report the incident was placed on hold manager never picked up my call. 1-15-22 at 6:01 pm is when I made the call in case the Gm cares to investigate. hopefully their owner operators can spend some money on customer service classes for there management team. I was trying to give them 0 stars but google is too nice.
Good customer service, but received burnt fries with my order of 6piece bone in combo. Negligence.

Wings done as I requested...done. ???I ordered half lemon pepper & half mango habanero. Wow ? Try the latter 1st, then, the lemon pepper.
First time trying Boneless Wings. A bit salty for my taste. Flavor pretty good.
Some employe has a very poor customer service skill.
