I was very hungry when I came in here today. I ordered a 6" tuna sandwich. When I got to the end they misheard and they put oil on my sandwich. I asked him to remake it but then this black guy got in line and started acting ghetto with me and I just lost my appetite since I had to wait all over again they should have not done that. Suffice to say I will not be returning ever to this location again.

This is my go-to Subway -- well, now I am not sure. Last week I bought some soup but they had no spoons! Really? Well, today I bought a sandwich and soup and decided to eat inside. I asked for a water cup, the store said they ran out. I asked how much to just buy a regular cup and I could use that instead. The girl said $2.79. What? $2.79 for an empty cup? She insisted: Yes. I left the store -- disappointed and incredulous at what I had just experienced. I even lost my appetite for the food. That was one terrible episode of poor -- very poor -- customer service. So...back to the drawing board -- after I post my review on a few more boards.
Great service. The manager is very kind and the restaurant immaculate! The sandwich was fresh and tasted wonderful!! I will return alot!
Best customer service, Havent been there since a year but I remember after school going there with my friend and there was a friendly lady who would always be nice and polite when making our sandwich
Though it might be every Subway this experience was at this location.I ordered a Chipotle steak and cheese wrap.Online it lists double meat, Chipotle sauce (of course), guacamole among other ingredients.If this is an example of double meat then 4x is what other restaurants give you.To be fair to the person making the wrap it does not list double meat on the menu in the store, and since that is what was she was following she might not know. Of course she also didn't know about the cheese or sauce etc..Guacamole, nope will avocado do...well I guess.Sauce, Chipotle? It is on the name, oh and enough to taste would have been good.So suffice it to say, I was disappointed in this Subway.That is saying much since the bar is fairly low for the chain.Unless you are in a hurry and want something quick, find another shop.
Bailey was an excellent sandwich maker. You are definitely lucky to have her. She was very efficient and patient with me and other guests. She listened to my requests and made the sandwiches the way I wanted. Thank you.
Take your business elsewhere!I had a legitimate coupon and they refused it! Do yourselves a favor and go to the nearest Subway from this one at Valley View and Lincoln. Better costumer service.I think the manager is maybe trying to cut corners but long term it'll hurt the business to give the customers such unpleasant experiences. And it's shameful for the employees to outright lie to the customers faces when they know what they're saying isn't right.
Nothing special. Staff is indifferent yet made the sandwich fine. Taste was not as good as some locations. Not sure why.....
Are you serious? Restroom NOT for public use? Unreal. This place should be closed down until they put in a restroom!
