Small hole in the wall sandwich shop and grocery, tucked away in the corner- probably the best banh mi until you get to Westminster. Take out only. The owner is rly nice and the service is excellent. Highly recommend trying this sandwich house.

One of the best business owners. I would give 9 or more stars if possible. If you were to hold every business to this standard I would have to lower other 5 star reviews.Go here once in the afternoon when it's slow and the owner will treat you like royalty.

I used to come here almost everyday when I was in Cypress College to get my usual #6 sandwich and Thai Tea. After so many years I am back due to my pregnancy cravings. I am extremely satisfied with the food and drinks. I love that they still give there complimentary tea which is so sweet of them. The owners are still very kind and polite. I be coming more often.

Came here for the first time & the older gentleman who helped me was so kind! He offered me a free jasmine tea on a hot day & a lil goodie bag of crackers. Very sweet & hospitable even with his small shop!By his recommendation got the chinese sausage banh mi. Wow, definitely one of the best I’ve had! It tasted so authentic… the mayo was creamy, pate had great flavor and wasn’t just a paste, and here they put more veggies so it has a great crunch and freshness. The chinese sausage was hot and nice & tender. Will be coming back for sure!

This place is incredible, the owner is the nicest dude and has such a sick haircut. Their Bahn Mi is one of the best I’ve ever had. 10/10

Fantastic bahn mi for lunch and they are super friendly with great service! And amazing fresh brewed jasmine iced tea I highly recommend!

I really enjoyed the bahn mi sandwiches and will share this location with my buddies. The owner was very friendly.

This place is so good I almost don't want to write a good review so more people don't go here. The old gentlemen's customer service is unparalleled. He is so kind and friendly and the food is amazing. A few things youshould know about this place:- The inside is decorated so nicely with several plants. There are also many snacks you can by inside with your order.- You will have to wait to get your food (due to popularity), so the owner prefers if you call in and make your order rather than showing up. Our wait (for two sandwiches) was 15-20 mins.- The food is an phenomenal as the service. The sandwiches are around $6-$7 but taste significantly better than any other banh mis I have had.- If you pay by card, there is no option to leave a tip. So try to bring cash with you because this place and it's owner definitely deserve a solid tip!Overall, I highly recommend Sandwich House. Their prices, service, and quality of food are all 10/10!

Service here is wonderful! It is a small but incredibly charming corner shop, that is run with love and care. The Vietnamese iced coffee is delicious and so is the candy offered. I am typing this before I try the sandwiches but my expectations are already high. I think I found my favorite banh mi spot in SoCal and I'll try to be a regular here.

The banh mi dac biet (sandwich house special, #1) is really great. I've been here several times now just for this. This place makes it best. Also, the staff is very friendly and generous. 5 stars all the way.
