Not too bad if you are looking for a meal and a quick drink. For the day and time I went, there wasn't a wait. Not much to rave about. Had a Cobb salad. It was decent. Person with me had a burger. You get unlimited fries. Fries were hot and fresh. Had a Red Robin lager too that just wasnt cold enough. Disappointment there. Other patron had a tequila sunrise.
This is the second time I’ve gotten the Gluten free bun it is amazing! We’ll definitely keep coming back here. The only complaint I have about this visit was our server. I was so excited I forgot to ask for an GF bun, when I revised my order she seemed irritated. Our drink orders were incorrect and came out after the food. When the bartender came over, we politely advised this was not our order and he quickly changed it.Upon checkout, I went to use the mobile system on the table and made sure to check the receipt. The incorrect drinks were not removed, and when I asked for them to be taken off she brushed us off and said sure. Upon receding the corrected bill, I was only provided with the Receipt and not an itemized receipt. She put the receipt down with my CC, did not even look at us, and walked away. Needless to say, this was not our most pleasant experience, but we love the food and the ability to cater to my food allergies.
I want to give this RR a better rating because the staff is fantastic. Very attentive and helpful. However, the food brings it down. Ordered a shroom burger, medium. Received it well done and slightly crispy. The mushrooms were hardly recognizable. The bun was good, but that was it. Garlic fries were cold. The kitchen is dragging the restaurant down. All that hard work by front of house ruined by bad food.
Monday night at 5:10pm and our server was very unpleasant, her name was Sara. We ordered two burgers and two drinks and I guess she misheard us and we received two wrong drinks which we told the bartender and he immediately took it back and fixed the order. During the meal we were ok with her not the best but also not the most welcoming server 2/10. When we were checking out we noticed we were charged for the wrong drinks so we asked her to fix our bill and she did but when she returned the new bill with our card she slammed the card on our table and walked off without a word. Very unpleasant experience. The worse server I’ve experienced at Red Robin cypress and I’ve been here other times and the service was great.. It was not busy so I don’t understand why the bad attitude.
Idk why I had this stigma about red robbins but this place is awesome for people with kids. Bottomless rootbeer floats for kids and the margaritas are only like $9. I reccomend asking them to make it a Cadillac ? we will deff be back. My kids enjoyed it.
We always have great service here. The food is good and the kids enjoy themselves. You really get a great value for your money.
Ate their Black & Blue burger with bottomless fries. While the burger was very tastee and the first round of fries were good, the second round were not as good. Also our server stopped providing excellent service. Not sure if this was a fluke but it was not good. Not sure why this happened. My experience was uneven.
We had a great experience here due to our server Avi! He was extremely friendly and courteous. We enjoyed the bottomless sides and burgers as well.
I normally really like going here but this last time they were out of cheese sticks.. There's a Costco right next store they could have gone and got some...
The burgers here are quite good! The place is a little too dark, kind of like the cheese cake factory, I don't really like that kind of ambiance but it also is kind of cozy at some point. Our server was really nice and attentive (can't recall his name, so sorry!) We ordered burgers, but they also have pizzas, sizes like fried zucchini, wings and desserts, also hot chocolate which wasn't that sweet as other places.This is nice place to go for burgers, drinks and watch sports. The inside has nice decor.Recommended.
