Today (June 23, 2022) was my first time ordering from/eating Noodles and company and I was not disappointed. I got the "med salad" with no pasta and shrimps in the stead of chicken. It was delicious and fresh. The girl that took my order suggested I DL the app (to get points [to eventually get something free])which I was going to do at home before I went but I didn't. Brittany waited patiently for me to download and sign up. After what seemed like just 2 minutes (probably actually was close to that) she took my order and in less than 5 minutes I got my salad and was out of there.
Food is good, but seems like this place is run by kids. They've messed up on my order at least 3 times in the last month. I keep coming back because they have curbside, the food is good, and the prices are reasonable. Management could do better training though.
I live really close to this location and used to go here during the first year in business and it was great. But after that, I go out of my way to other locations because this one is so bad. The food is never cooked right, noodles are soggy, chicken is not cooked right, etc. I mean a couple times I took it to go and just had to throw it away. So sad, because it's 5 minutes from my house and I'll drive 20 minutes to the Orange location instead. Employees are friendly but whoever is cooking each time is just not doing something right.
I ordered penne pesto with chicken and potstickers the chicken was super tender pesto was great, the potstickers we're delicious! A great comfort meal...
If you love noodles, like I do, you need to check out this place. The chicken noodle soup was delicious, and the mac and cheese was absolutely cheesy, flavorsome and tasty ?.
I ordered Japanese noodle with chicken… OMG!The chicken was dry and hard and the noodles were again dry, not cooked enough and tasted horrible!They absolutely tasted like a frozen food being warmed up!Btw, staff are wonderful, helpful and friendly. But this doesn’t make up for the bad food that they serve.
This place literally tastes like frozen meals you microwave from the store. On top of it I ordered Japanese noodles for my toddler and the associate said they “were not spicy”. They were spicy!! And nasty BTW. He even said they come with steak in which they didn’t. I ended up asking for a refund, will not be back.
Was good first time there. Friendly staff and got my order quick..??
Fast, easy, and good food. So many different kinds of noodles; there's choices for every kind of mood you're in for lunch/dinner.
Love it my favorite thing here is the orange chicken lo mein.
