I went here around lunchtime. I went inside thinking it would be faster than the ridiculously long drive-thru. Nope, I was so wrong. It took roughly 20 minutes altogether. For some unwise reason, the manager puts a new employee on the register at peak rush hours alone. The line was long to order because she was new and very unfamiliar with the menu. I ordered a six piece nuggets and literally had to point it out to her on the menu board. My total was low, so I looked at the receipt and told her I ordered the combo not just the sandwich. Hence, is why you should repeat the order back to the customer for accuracy. I used to work fast food in high school and the managers would never put the new employee on the register at peak hours only at downtime. Words for the wise. I wasn't upset at the cashier because she was really trying her best while other workers offered her no assistance at all. Thank goodness I do not eat McDonald's frequently. The service and the food have declined.
Very rude and slow service. I’m doing doordash and asked for a cup of water. Believe or not they wanted to charge me for a cup of water!!! Avoid this place. The restaurant is very dirty and the service is horrible.
The line can get out of control a lot of the time. They are always understaffed and the employees they do have are incompetent. I don't eat McDonald's, I only stop by for an iced coffee and even then they can't get it right and it takes so long.
Of the McDonald's in that area, this one probably the better one. The drive thru was quick, the food fresh and hot and we got out of there relatively quick. The had staff people in the restaurant and it was past 9pm! I appreciated them being there as I got out quickly.
I live two minutes away from this location and will literally drive miles to any other location to avoid this one. They have never gotten a single order right. We've dealt with it by double and triple checking before we drive off. The staff is ALWAYS in a horrible mood and rude. Our last and FINAL visit at this location, the girl working the window literally walked up, toss our bag of food at us in the car and walked off. Unbelievable.
Horrible!!!! Fired me for nothing. The manager was abusing me and racist making me mop the same spot over and over again and when I finally said but I just did she’s like no no!! DONT TALK BACK TO ME. Got her little servant to vouche for her and teamed up to get me fired. Severely underpaid too like hundreds of dollars and hours I was never paid or given credit for HORRIBLE. ALSO THE FOOD IS UNSANITARY AND UNCOOKED I CAN CONFIRM AS I’VE WORKED HERE AND FOLLOWED PROTOCOL NEVER COME TO THIS MCDONALDS!!!!!
Workers are rude and unprofessional. Literally laughing and talking for HALF AN HOUR in the drive thru as everyone waits behind me. food is disgusting and not even cooked I got a chicken biscuit that was frozen…. Never coming back here again. Also I saw someone assault an employee and everyone just ignored it. Horrible people service and food. IM WARNING YOU NEVER COME HERE WORST MCDONALDS EVER!!!!
Always make sure u check all ur food before leaving and if they make u park, don't let them hand u ur fries first while waiting, unless u like cold fries
This place is easy to order in-and-out drive-through and the food is ? delicious.
