I ordered by phone for a take-out of multiple Swedish crepes (pancakes) orders and was disappointed on several counts. First, I found that IHOP has recently "discontinued" the whipped lingonberry butter, which really contributed to the product being uniquely enjoyable. Second, the pancakes themselves do not exhibit the required thin crepe-style signature, including with no crispy edging. Although the crepes had a taste largely reminiscent of the classic IHOP approach to Swedish pancakes, these crepes were too thick and puffy to be considered Swedish or crepe, in theory or in fact.Third, the take-out bag did not include powdered sugar, which should be standard for Swedish pancakes. Fourth, although I cannot be certain of its inclusion, the pancakes tasted to us like they contained liberal amounts of MSG, which would be truly unfortunate for customers, as well as for IHOP's integrity. This might be the end of the line for this family's partaking of IHOP after many decades of patronage, at least at the Cypress facility.

So we stopped at IHOP because I absolutely love their spicy omelette it's just the best and the waitress and I did not see eye to eye I don't know what it is when I interact with Hispanic people they tend to automatically get an attitude and I find myself trying to diffuse a situation. Maybe it's because I'm always frowning but it's just my face haha. We did enjoy our meal and our server was very nice I'm sorry that I look like a meanie.

Our server Betty (Elizabeth) was so happy, cheerful, and friendly. Was probably the most pleasant waitress I've ever experienced if I'm being honest. She has a good hustle and ensures you have everything you need. The food was standard but she really made the experience great. I only want Betty as server now.

Food was barely warm. Pancakes were a mess. They separated. If you were to put the 2 pieces of ham together wouldnt even measure up to a piece of bread. Loud due to them overcrowding. A table for four had 7 people sitting at it. They just threw a chair in the walk way. A couple of safety violations. Not returning

Sunday morning but we did not have to wait long before we were seated. Service was quite good and food was good too. It was nice brunch.

I love this IHOP. They were busy for the few restaurants that were open on Christmas morning, and still pulled off having great costumer service. My friend lives near there and we will be coming to this IHOP more often. Merry Christmas

I always come to ihop to dine in and Braulio is usually my server but earlier today I had Coby and she was excellent! I love this ihop. The 3 girl hosts in the front are always so welcoming. Sometimes I do take out and they even kindly offer to bring it out to me which is amazing! I've never had such excellent service at another ihop before, this is by far the best!

I tried mobile order so many times they have usually got it right but this time was totally different not only did I order a good hour ahead but I still had to wait a good 15mins for my food and they didn’t even give me everything I asked for. Definitely a big F for ihop right now.

Always a good experience. Didn't wait to be seated. Waitress was very courteous. Food was served right away. Loved it

Like all other things, IHOP's prices have increased, and their portions have decreased. $15 for 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, hash browns, and two strips of bacon-- that's rough. Still, the food was hot, tasted great, and the coffee was good.
