the burgers are very good as long as you don't mind a messy burger. The toppings are free but the price point is high. Great shakes as well.

The worst five guys these people are super lazy today is January 2 2022 and they closed at 5 when it’s not a holiday I’ve been wanting to come for like a week and they have been closing at 5pm when in google it says they close at 10pm everyday they just make me waste my gas all the time never coming back
I ordered the smaller cheeseburger this time, which is only one meat patty, with a lot of everything, which includes mushrooms and grilled onions. Messy eating, as it's very thick and juicy. Shared fresh hot fries. Tasty, satisfying burger meal.
Zero stars?? I asked for not crispy bacon could they make fresh, the gentleman that took my order said no problem because my husband will choke on the crisp. They started cooking the burgers and then Joe P came over and told me I had to take what they had that don't make more. Told him that I had ordered it before, no problem before Joe said it wasn't policy. Try it get what we liked. So I asked for my money back if I couldn't have it the way I ordered. Gave Joe P my receipt and he proceeded to refund me for the cheeseburgers only ? I said I wanted I refund for the whole order which includes fries so Joe P started a 2nd refund for the fries ? asked him WHY HE DIDN'T REFUND THE ENTIRE RECEIPT? he said he couldn't do that? When he handed me the 2 receipts I added them together and it was still short from my original receipt that I was charged. He looked at my original receipt and realized they charged me for bacon separately so Joe P proceeded to do a 3rd refund by now I am very ? MAD ? for such BAD,BAD GUEST SERVICE. I am very handicap so to NOT GET ANYTHING TO EAT AND HAVE TO STAND THERE FOR 3 REFUNDS WAS JUST UNACCEPTABLE. All I can say we will not be back to the Five Guys in Cypress, Ca. On the corner of Katella and Knotts ☹ really did like their burgers. ????had to put 1 star to post my comments but they didn't even deserve that ?

Food's great. They greet you when you come in and their service is really fast. My only complain was the place... It looked messy.

We had a really good experience today. My wife had never been before and she left really impressed. We both think the fries are better than In n Out and our burger tasted better also. I think we just made the switch. Thank Five Guys.
