Mariah and Young are the best. The BEST.
Over priced, i would just as well go to Rite-aide for Thrifty ice cream. What you get is nothing like the pictures. It was a mess , they ran out of the yellow cake mix in and moose track fudge. Very disappointed. Will not go back. Ice cream was so so, the one strawberry they put in it was green and frozen.
Not bad and the portions are huge... but not great either.
Cold Stone has always had good ice cream, but I don't get why their prices are so high. I bought two small cups (no cone) and one medium cup (with a waffle cone) and it cost $18! Huh? I should have driven a little farther and got just as good Thrifty's ice cream from Rite Aid for half the price! I'm pretty sure this is the last time I'll be at Cold Stone unless I receive a gift card.
Love this place! Though not a fan of all the flavors, I much rather enjoy a treat here than a frozen yogurt shop. The lady in charge is cool. I usually get there near closing time but B was happy to serve me.Looked like there was some remodeling going on. Thank you Cold Stone Creamery
Orange bloosom has pistachios and is my favorite. I enjoy eating ice cream that taste like your eating flowers. The pistachios is an added special treat. Reminds me when I was a kid I use to chew on rose petals. I like rosewater. The herbal snow with rosewater is delicious. Turkish coffee no where else in LA this good. Rosewater Saffron with Pistachios hummy. Pomagranete refreshing. My son ordered two scoops: he enjoyed the strawberry and green tea. He said they individually were exceptionally delicious. He would not have combined, he said they don't complement each other however they are his favorite flavors and said by themselves are exceptional. He said the strawberry was like infused with so much flavorful strawberries that he had never had a strawberry ice cream anywhere else like he did at Maschti Malone's.
Good ice cream
I'm not quite sure what all the hype is about. I got the signature mashti with the saffron rose ice cream with pistachio and honestly, the one I get from the freezer section at Star Market on the west side is 1000x better. There was nothing special about it. The flavor was bland. It wasn't worth the drive.
