Extremely disappointed, how can they charge full price for this bowl plus extra . Talked to Bee and no resolution to this problem. No customer service provided whatsoever.
I have had better acai bowls. I decided to try this place because I was in the cypress area and in a hurry so I needed something on the way to my next destination... I got what I thought was 16oz but was only about half way... there was a ton of granola on the top and bottom of the bowl. I didn't want that much. Not too many options as toppings go either. Next time I will take the extra time to go to my usual spots for a bowl. Don't waste your time
So we discovered this place a few weeks ago and we LOVED it! We told so many of our friends about it and loved the large portion size.This weekend we went back, got the same size bowls, and were given seriously half-empty containers. I commented on how empty it was and the worker told me "we measure it, so it's the same as always." He was really busy, so I didn't want to bother with him and argue, but there's no way what we got was the same as before.The pictures below show our first bowls (after we'd already been digging into them for a few minutes) vs the bowls we got this second time?.I'm so disappointed because I want to love this place and be a regular customer, but it's hard for me to know whether I'm going to get what I pay for or not now...
Literally the best açaí bowl I’ve ever had + I love the classics so I’m glad they had the build your own bowl. It was also well priced and they fulfilled all my special instructions from DoorDash.
