I avoided this place for a while because I missed Ai Noodle still. What a mistake that was!Yu Noodles serves thin flour noodles or rice noodles. You can get almost each dish with either or, which is great for different noodle palates. What I've tried so far:- Ground pork dry noodles- Herb chicken noodle soup- Beef noodle soupThe ground pork had an intense savory flavor and the sauce was honestly more saucy than expected, but it coated the noodles nicely. The herb chicken soup is my FAVORITE here. It's hard to find a good herbal soup for me, but this one had all the herbs and roots most people would pick out. The first time I tried it, we had it with the flour noodles, but rice noodles the second time. Rice noodles definitely fits better, but the second time the soup wasn't as pungent. ): Still a solid soup regardless. The beef noodle soup had extremely tender pieces of beef and the soup was great. I tried it with some spiciness, but it had Sichuan peppercorns, one of my least favorite peppers. I would def come back to try it without spicy next time, since the soup could stand well alone without it.Such a shame how hot it's been. Once the temperature drops, I'm definitely gonna be inhaling noodles here. ?

- good food (dan dan noodle and signature beef + pork intestine noodle soup were both really tasty)- super clean (bathrooms too!)- good + fast service- workers wear masks + glovesAlthough the food is a bit expensive, the portion sizes match the price - the $19 beef + intestine noodle soup was massive, it could definitely feed 2 people. The dan dan noodle was $14, but it was also a large amount of noodles. Highly recommend! I think a lot of bad reviews are from takeout orders, but the dine in experience was great!

Excellent and authentic Chongqing/Sichuan style noodle.I would highly recommend the noodles with ground pork and peas. Super flavorful and moderate spicy.

The food is pretty good and there is no wait.

My second time here, cause I’ve been craving black beef noodle soup. This restaurant adds spiciness to the soup and I enjoyed it. Like everyone said, the portion is HUGE. I tried dan dan noodle and it was great too - crunchiness added by peanuts, sauce is deliciously salty. And the new discovery was the garlic cucumber salad, so flavorful!

Food isn't bad, service is spotty, portions are pretty generous besides meat. Made our table wait 15min for half of the orders to come out after serving the 1st half. Basically half table got to eat while the other half watched and waited 15min to get their food.

Pretty good noodles. Very flavorful. I prefer some other spots in Cupertino, but this is a solid choice. Dan Dan noodles were the best of the three we got imho. The hot and sour bean noodles would've been great with some more texture or crunch.

Love their chicken cold noodle and osmanthus rice cakes. Food comes out a bit slower when there's a lot of people.

I went to there for their crispy pork specifically, very disappointed, it’s really not that good, many 100% fat pieces

First time here, I was impressed by the quality and rich taste of the food. Clearly much though has been put into ingredients and preparation.
