Nice authentic place to get tea, has self service ordering, is cash only and many options to choose from. I tried the peach fantasy tea and it was delicious and perfectly sweetened! Unfortunately my drink took a very long time to come out and the popcorn chicken I ordered came out super fast. .it sat on the counter as we waited for the tea and the chicken turned out being under fried resulting in being too chewy/rubbery and soggy batter instead of crunchy. Chicken definitely needed more time in the fryer. Regardless of the chicken i would definitely return but only for the tea. They do a great job on the drinks and prices were super affordable. Highly Recommend for tea!
Fresh quality & amazing flavors! We tried out three different flavors: passion fruit green tea, boba milk tea w/ coffee jelly & mango tea w/ cheese. All drinks were amazing 10/10 recommend.
I have been coming here for 3+ years now and it still never disappoints! Though the prices have increased a lot over the years, the quality of the tea remains consistent.Everytime I come here, I ALWAYS order the Tie Guan Yin Milk Tea. It is a classic tea that really proves how good quality this place is. No one makes TGY better! If you like a sweeter or creamier flavor palate, go for the Pearl Milk Tea. Sounds simple, but the milk-to-tea ratio is PERFECT. Fruit teas are decent here too. Keep an eye out for their seasonal drink options, like grapefruit, cantaloupe, etc.The hype of this boba shop truly never dies. Even on weekdays, they grow very busy and their staff are constantly making drinks. They now provide self-service kiosks, so you can also just order online ahead of time. They also have snacks at this location like takoyaki, popcorn chicken, etc.
Very authentic tea drink. If you like real tea, this is the place you don’t want to miss. Also recommend their fried chicken nuggets.
Really good milk tea! Their taro is very rich and thick, with some chunks of taro that gave a great texture. The milk tea is high quality, and the employees are extremely hardworking and diligent. Will return here next time I am in the Bay Area.
The shop was very busy in the morning when they just opened so make sure you order ahead of time to avoid a long wait. We waited for 20 mins even though I ordered exactly at 11:30 am. The drinks were good, perfectly sweetened and the boba was really chewy. I definitely recommend their tea latte.
Teas:- Tie Guan Yin Milk Tea (5/5): This is what I usually get, and it's so rich & creamy! I usually get 50% sugar, which is sweet enough for me- Strawberry Milk Tea (5/5): I got this for the first time recently with 100% sugar and I'd absolutely get it again. They add so much strawberry!Toppings:- QQ Noodle (4/5): Definitely an interesting texture, but not my favorite- Grass Jelly (5/5): Some places have bitter grass jelly, but TP Tea's definitely is not one of those places!
One of the best tea place in the world. Every time I visited Taiwan, I always went for TP tea. I’d say, the taste between the one here in the US is pretty similar to the ones in Taiwan. Although, minor difference includes but not limited to the texture. For example, the milk tea is much more creamy here in the US. It’s just a bit shame that there are not much seatings in the store, otherwise. Would definitely visit again.
The BEST bubble tea from the very first bubble tea creator. No question at all. I have tried so many bubble tea places everywhere. This is the ONE. My usual order is the regular bubble tea with 30% sugar + extra bubble + extra noddle. My weekly guilty treat for myself. Highly recommended.
The boba was good but the tea was a lil more sweet than I liked, even the less sweet option. Lots of choices and variety.
