Been here twice. Customer service is terrible and the food is not worthy 60 waiting time. I do not understand why I was treated like I owed them something. Definitely will not recommend this place when my friends and I want to hang out together. Will not come again.
We came here late at night. The taste was subpar.
Lamb is not fully cooked , most of the food is cold, shrimp is dry, service is the worst ever, food wait time is 45 mins, they do not take small order.It is very foreign restaurant. Worst dining experience ever.
Dined here on a workday night, we were the first customer. The food were very delicious and service was quick and good. Chicken skin and intestine were my favorites, they were both very crispy. The lamb and beef skewer were also very good. However the kidney was a little bit overcooked. Overall it was a great Chinese northern bbq place, would come again!
They have a great BBQ taste to all the skewers. The beef & eggplant are my favorites. Great place to go for a late dinner. We had some soju with our meal to complete a nice evening meal.
Excellent service and excellent late night eats in the Cupertino area. Owners are very kind to allow people stay longer with social meetups.
This place plays favorites with their waiting list, I walked up and asked for a table, hostess says no tables are available ill have to wait and we add ourselves to the waitlist(perfectlynotmal), very next customer arrives picks up a Togo order(all the food is bagged togo and delivered to customer outside of the restaurant) he then asks for a table he would like to eat at the restaurant afterall, hostess says no, he will have to wait as they have a waitlist for seating, he insists and tries to hide his conversation and she in response puts together a whole new table which was previously folded up for covid spacing, after telling both of us no tables were available and people were already waiting in line, hostess did not care and even defended her actions as she thought I couldn't understand what had been said. Really poor way to treat a customer, all customers should be treated equally and not according to the hostess preferences.
Food is soso compared to the price. But the service is bad. It's too slow and they said it's because there were many takeout orders. so why is dine-in order sharing the same queue with takeout？？？wont come back

Worst service ever. I ordered over the phone today. When I tried to pick it up on time, they said they forgot to do it(with no apologies), and told me to wait for another 50mins if I still want my order. I could understand they were so busy and made mistakes, but what disappoints me is their attitudes, they are not sorry about it at all. No apologies and terrible attitude towards customers. I used to love this bbq place, but such service is not acceptable. Won’t come back again.
