Tried this place because their boba ice cream was pretty good. I got the Brown sugar boba with oat milk and less sugar—It was really tasty and the bobas were fresh! I really liked the size of boba they used. The second time visit wasn’t as fantastic like the first. The bobas weren’t as fresh and didn’t feel like I got the same amount of boba I did as last time.Overall I think they have a great brown sugar boba. I will have to try again to notice their consistency with the bobas.

Such great black sugar sugar drinks! I've tried their black sugar milk with different toppings such as boba and tiger jelly which is always good, and their new mango sago drink. It's such an interesting take on mango sago! The only thing I wish could be different about their drinks is being able to change the ice and sweetness levels on the drinks without tea.Every time I come here they make the drinks so efficiently that they're basically done almost as soon as I finish ordering.

When I almost finished my drink at the restaurant, I chewed something was different from boba or pudding. It was a soft plastic piece. So disgusting. I talked to staffs. They know what’s that. It was the plastic of the ladle. It fell apart to the pudding or boba container. It seems like they know they have already had this issue but they didn’t fix it.

Really great brown sugar boba tea, tastes fresh. A lot of places that serve this make the brown sugar taste artificial, but Tiger Sugar uses quality ingredients for a perfect taste! The bubbles are also very nice and chewy, they even taste great the next day.

The best black sugar boba imo! Just on the sweetest side, but that’s expected when you order black sugar haha. You can also adjust the sweetness on some of the drinks too!

Really good if you like black sugar boba. But if you don't want to order their black sugar boba because you want to adjust your sugar level then I'd recommend going to the numerous other boba places in the bay area. I specifically like this place because they have small pearls as an option.

- Black Sugar Pearl Milk w/Cream Mousse ($5.50) and change to soy milk ($0.50)i feel like this spot has been pretty popular amongst south bay peeps and ive heard a ton of mix reviews. when i tried it personally i didnt really get the hype ??‍♀️ i feel like it wasn’t as special as the way people had described it. however, one thing i was surprised about/kinda appreciate was the fact that they used mini boba rather than the regular size which made it a different experienced compared to what id normally get at other spots. if i stop by again id probably try another drink or maybe try this particular drink with regular milk to see if it has any changes on how i feel. i also appreciate how if i wanted to i can change my milk option as well :)

One of my friends had this in Taiwan, where is originally from! We ordered the #1 - Black sugar boba milk which was very well balanced in it's sweetness and creaminess. The boba was not too chewy either! There was quite a bit of ice but may be there's a way to reduce that (like urban ritual?)The lines moved quickly- you place your order, get a receipt and wait for it to be called on a mic. Easy peasy experience!

The boba we ordered was good, but when we tried to request for less sugar, they said that they couldn't.

Tiger Sugar is a unique, dessert-like boba shop. They have a big emphasis on creaminess. The menus aren't straightforward, so there was no mention that my drink was very sweet and had mini boba. If you enjoy a simpler milk tea with emphasis on the tea, look elsewhere.
