Horrible customer service. Ordered online and they forgot the boba for my tea. At pickup the cashier and another staff pointed out repeatedly that I had entered “no sugar” online even though I meant no ice. They did remake the item but focused on pointing out my error in the original order. What happened to “the customer is always right?”. Never experienced such argument by a retail store, won’t be coming back here!
Not so great .. ordered lychee misty large , it was like a chemical drink !
Tea era brings you back to Taiwan.There are a wide selection of drinks and some snacks.The drink is about 4 dollar, it is on the cheaper side.
First affordable milk tea place I've seen in a while. It's delicious. They have snacks and apps. And it's an actual small cafe where you can sit down . I love the brown sugar jasmine milk tea
I love Tea Era so much...I think this place has been here longer than the other, previous Quickly and Moo Moo House...I think...They try to accommodate everyone including the ABC's, the ABJ's, the ABK's, the ABVs?? ooops...I dont know.but they always call other customers orders before mine ...every time...
All the drink are syrup based except the tea. Drink price are reasonable. Similar to Quickly where you can order small bites.
Tea Era has a multitude of amazing flavors. My favorite is their classic Thai Tea flavor with boba. One note is that they only accept card for purchases above $6. Other than that they are quick and have a good indoor seating area!
Great boba place. Recommend tofu brown sugar pudding and lychee milk tea. Service is a bit hit or miss.
Nice tea. Did try couple of teas ( passion green tea and milk tea with bobba). Both were okay. Will i revisit them soon? Maybe not. Good tea, but not great.
This place is S Tier for boba. If you really like quality drinks with tasty food, you are at the right place. Service may not be ideal, but variations in menu are sooo goood.
