My kids ordered online 25 min ago still waiting this is third time .. for this store 5 ppl inside either they don't know have to manage or I don't think they have short stuff buy they should limit or close online orders if they can't meet time limits..there is purpose that we order ahead my both kids late to school

Clean, spacious nice Starbucks. It took quite a bit to get our drinks....it was not busy at all. Hot chocolate was gritty and not too warm. It's probably best to mobile order from here
Nice staff, chill spot, good place to get some hwk or work done. Decent patio/outside area with plenty of tables.
Understaffed for the facility size and as a result wait times are super long. Also a very nice gentleman parked his Tesla across two spots and proceeded to cough on the entire population of Sunnyvale while waiting.
A lot of pretty grils works here , but cleaning not so much , you can see table or floor always a trash , work station is not hygiene . We’re still middle of pandemic , hope they more careful and have responsible work ethnic !!!!

I Ordered a strawberry refresher with lemonade and wanted to add dragon fruit to it. The manager with pink highlights that rang me up couldn’t hear what I was saying due to the music playing so loud. I repeated what I wanted and the manager was pretty rude about it. They made my drink wrong. Didn’t add the lemonade even though it says it on the sticker they slap on your cup. No smile no Thank you nothing. Didn’t even ask if I wanted a receipt. I normally brush things like this off but I do not recommend anyone going to this location, try another Starbucks location.
