Love this place! The employees are all pretty nice and friendly. Never had any issues getting my coffee in a timely manner. Most of the employees know who I am since I come in this location a lot. They tend to go out of their way to give me my order if I happen to be sitting down and not paying attention to my name being called. The store is clean and has plenty of seating for everyone to sit down and enjoy their morning cup of coffee. Anyone in the area I recommend you giving this spot a try.
I go here before work and most the morning team is really awesome. I'm a picky person and like my coffee a certain way and 9 out 10 times they make my coffee perfect. Shoutout to Jenn, the morning supervisor. Always has a great attitude along with some of the other employees that work on her shift. Keep up the great work.

Ordered a venti 20oz drink but the drink itself wasn’t full, as if it’s a 16oz drink in a 20oz cup. Please pour as much liquid as the cup volume!
I want to love this Starbucks but my drinks are a hit or miss now. My coffees don’t usually taste the same but when it does, it tastes sooo good!
Clean and elegant. Pumpkin spiced cold brew is great. Chairs are comfortable and it’s a great place for o get some work done.
Starbucks Reserve in the bay area is not where comparable to the store in Seattle and Shanghai, it looks just like a regular Starbucks coffee shop and offer fancier menu than regular store. Their service is quicker and better than the one at Los Gatos. Ordered vanilla ice cream float coffee.
Still trying to identify positive difference to other regular starbucks here.
Great location, and love the Reserve drink options provided. However there aren’t any outlets here to charge your devices! I guess they don’t want you to loitered here.
Starbucks reserve takes the Starbucks experience up a few notches.Love the place. Outstanding knowledgeable staff and rare coffee beans, it does not get better than that.They have absolutely great doppio macchiato.
