FAVORITE LOCATION!! I’ve been to so many Starbucks where the drinks are awful here in Cali-so I was so thankful to find this one near my work!! The coffee is always good ! Not only do they make the drinks good but the service is incredible too. Always fast. Always friendly! Special shout out to Alyla (spelling?!) she is always patient and super friendly and truly goes above and beyond! Also really special that she remembers my name and usual order !! Thanks team !!
I have stopped many many Starbucks shops in the States but I would say this shop is one of the best customer services with a great hospitality. I bet you would be happy if you go there.
Love this. Our favorite neighborhood coffee place. The barristas are really courteous and will change your drinks to your liking.
2 out of 5 staff nice and professional..rest need training. House coffee invariably stale.. even fresh order of Americano is not upto mark. Place is really nice otherwise to sit and relax.
if you come to cupertino you have to visit this coffee shop, it has a friendly service, and very clean we went to buy a breakfast and coffee. ample parking.

Coffee doesn’t taste that good, coffeeish hot water, it doesn’t even smell like coffee. Old coffee perhaps.
New girl was unsure how to sell a refill but figured it out very fast and got the perfect glass of tea with no problem.
