Hainan chicken is tender and tasty. The Laksa is not that impressive. Overall just OK experience.

New Chinese restaurant around Cupertino specialize in noodle soup and chicken! The Hainan chicken is pretty much spot on, the meat is firm and tight, the chicken skin is like jelly, the only thing that I have to pick on to make the perfect dish is the sauce, need a hand grind ginger soup to match with it.As for the noodle soup, you have a lot of options, just pick and choice. The price is pretty good. The 4 of us is about 110. Good for lunch and dinner.

Got their Hainan chicken and rice which was pretty good. Also tried their noodle soup with the original broth, my sister and I both really enjoyed the soup. The beef brisket and beef tendon were good. Very tender and not too dry. My sister had the pork combo and everything in that was good too. Three cups pig intestines was really good, especially with rice, came sizzling in the pot. Fried shrimp balls were okay, but probably wouldn't go out of the way to order it again.

I only tried couple of dish and it's already pretty good.Laksa - I didn't like the fish noodle so I ordered regular rice noodle (thick one 麵線). The soup is quite good. The ingredient as well. I just switch the fish noodle to rice noodle.Hainan chicken rice - Very tasty rice and not fatty. Original Hainan chicken rice uses the chicken oil that came out from streaming the chicken to stir fry rice from raw till cook. This one doesn't taste oily liked many but also able to have flavor in it. Smart move. The rice texture was great as well as the flavor. The chicken was delicious. Perfect timing, most and tender. (As usual, I ordered dark meat, but they said I couldn't customize, nonetheless, they gave me dark meat. Yes!)The fried shrimp ball was also pretty good. They use sweet and spicy sauce instead of the authentic 蜆蚧 which has shrimp paste, chili and clams pieces. Oh well...

oyster pancake is good, hai nan chicken is bit dry (green onion ginger sauce was good tho), signature chicken soup taste on the lighter side.

A treasure in South Bay for anyone who like Teochew snacks. It’s difficult to find Teochew style porridge here (unless you go to Porridge and Things which is a lot farther away). Wish this restaurant could last long.

Best Hainan Chicken we have tried in this area.

Hainan chicken is very good. And price is so reasonable.

One of the selling points is no MSG soups. You can make your own noodle soup, the fish noodles are great ? and I also recommend having the Pan-Fried Shrimp Cake come with the noodles.Chiu Chow Brined Free Range Duck, this is my favorite.Brined Beef Tripe is too salty
