This was our first visit after the pandemic and I would say the place isn't very good now. The chicken spicy sandwich was dry and the chicken noodle soup in a sourdough bread bowl was neither hot nor sufficient. Almost half the bowl was empty and no butter etc was available for the bread served with the soup. Seems pandemic had played havoc with their standards.
A pretty busy Panera Bread. My food was ok but not great. A plus for the fairly large outdoor seating. The coffee was good.

This is by far the worst Panera I've ordered from. So disappointed. I ordered a Baja bowl with chicken. And the avacado was moldy. Literally black. I ordered for pick up and wiated 20 min for my food and had to drive all the way to my hotel just for the food to be inedible. Really bad service if you give your customers moldy food. So disappointed and I won't be back to this location. So check your food before you leave the building.
Had the most rudest customer service here! I ordered "You Pick 2" where I specifically mentioned half Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich with a bowl of soup and a side of chips plus a mango smoothie. She gave me a total and I paid the bill. When I saw the printed receipt, she hadn't added the bowl of soup and she had charged for me a whole sandwich instead. I went to the counter to explain her about the situation to which she shouted at me that she would have to cancel the whole order if I "want" to "change" it. I explained to her that it's not me who wants to "change" the order but it was her who typed my order wrong even after she was repeating everything I was ordering but she still typed wrong? She then explained me that if I order a "You Pick 2" with a bowl of soup, it is going to be "expensive for me". Really? Am I asking you to pay for my food? Do you get to decide if my food is going to be expensive for me? This just really frustrated me and I asked her to cancel my order and I am never going back to this place. I drove to Panera in Campbell and had a great experience and ate my "expensive" food.
I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich way too simple I could’ve made it myself. Flavorless I had to put a lot a salt and pepper.
It's a great staple chain cafe... Always warm and delicious (perhaps a little over salted food) and snacks and bakery items that are fairly fresh. Great for a quick family meal now and then. This location is clean and the staff has always been quite friendly and professional.
We come because we know the food is healthy. That being said, the menu is heavy on the bread, and the bread is just okay. We usually get a half salad and half soup and skip the sandwich. The Fuji Apple Salad w/ Chicken is a good bet, but we sub Romaine for the Super Greens.
Worst cold brew coffee I ever had in life. All ice no milk or coffee at all. Never buying coffee again here ever again.Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.They took like $5.5, all in drain now.
This place sucks. Completely disorganized and rude. They messed up our order entirely. We ordered it just because they gave a coupon at my daughter’s school. Never going back there.
