Love d place clean. Fast.No salt? At all ?Well at least the cook was kind enough & came from the back, lended me a bit of salt from his kitchen; for my salt-less stake.Will definetwly come back, just bring your own packs of salt as they offer none
Outstanding customer service! I ordered at the wrong Stevens Creek location. The manager gave me customer service number,I called and got a refund. Yay! I then ordered my yummy meal..Chow mein,beef broccoli and orange chicken. I thanked them so much. Home enjoying my yummy Panda Express before 8.30 pm. Very close by. Thank you so much!!
They close at 9pm, but at 8:20 they've got almost no food left. I understand not wanting the food to go to waste, but going to a restaurant to see only shriveled remainders of the food in the pans is pretty bad.Update: we tried again tonight at 7:00, and this picture is an order of their sesame chicken. We just opened it, and it's only about 2/3 full.
Ordered takeout today, a Saturday evening. The fried rice was inedible - undercooked and under seasoned. If the cook had tasted it once, they'd have known. It could have been a great dinner - all the other dishes were great!
The food isn’t bad however the customer service is really poor, especially when ordering for delivery online,really disappointing. Ingredients are never always complete, packaging is poor plus they take so long.

The most unorganized team ever. 7 customers waiting for there food. Cool is preparing chowmein . Ding order up. People's plates start getting filled and the chow mein is going away... What does the cook do nothing he just stands there. Then the rice starts to go down and then they start cooking.... I wasted a 30 break to stand there and get nothing because I had to go back to work.... Order online unfortunately because of where I work I can't do that they are also bad at online orders
Very good service, can be quite busy at times so ordering when the restaurant isn't packed between meal times is crucial.
I decided to pick up the denza branch at 5:30 and ordered food, and when I arrived at the restaurant, the employees said there was no order from me. I thought I ordered the another store nearby, so I went to the store. But the store had no orders from me and there were so many customers that I turned around. My order was nowhere to be placed. I went to the store in front of Denza branch, which is close to my house, and at first, there was a food that I said there was no order.I went around two restaurants looking for my food and lost 30 minutes of my precious time. If the employees had checked one more time, this wouldn't have happened.
