The noodle shop is located inside a food court called "Eat Up", next to 99 Ranch Market. Supposedly the food court should have several food stalls but covid took a hard hit and only two are actively open. The 3rd stall sells dessert but I don't see them open often.Ordering: Fairly straightforward, via online or in person at their kiosk. If you order via online, you get to choose between cash or pay in person. You can't pay ahead of time.During my visit, I placed an order at 1130am and was quoted that my order would be ready at 1145am but I didn't get my order until I mentioned it to the staff at 12:15pm. I noticed this single staff with one helper (basically just cooking the noodles) has to whip out a large order all by himself. As I glance over Chicken Meets Rice at the next door stall, they have 4 staffing working and pushing out orders like a machine. I started to question myself if I should have ordered that instead....However, the extra star rating is for that staff member at Noodleosophy who took orders, cooked, and packed, all by himself! ?Food: We tried their beef noodles and Chili Garlic noodles with their Ban Ban noodles. Personally the Chili Garlic noodles can benefit a bit of sourness to offset the oiliness of the chili oil. Beef noodles were standard, nothing really stands out. As we are surrounded by so many good beef noodle restaurants, they definitely need to step up their game!Lastly, 4 dumplings with chili oil at $6 is a bit pricey for me. I should not get suck into the convenience and just walk over to 99 and get a bag of frozen dumplings for $5?.

We’ve ordered from here through DoorDash before but the last couple times we’ve stopped by to eat before shopping at 99 Ranch.

Was ok, just not Authentic, they had boiled broccoli in biangbiang noodles ?

Biang biang noodles lacked the springy hand-pulled texture I was looking for, and there wasn't enough sauce. Fast service, but total $15+ for the cumin lamb is just not worth it for mediocrity.

$17 for a small noodle, not worth it. Too expensive!

This place was located inside of 99 ranch which definitely was surprising! The food was ordered from a tablet and we got it like 10 minutes later. I got the meat paste biang biang noodles and the noodles were just perfection - super chewy and great textures. The meat paste added a lot too and though it felt a bit oily, was tasty and added a kick to the otherwise bland noodles!Overall I really liked the noodles and the portion size was just perfect so would come again!

Fair price and size, easy self-ordering system. Ordered Cumin lamb and which was pretty good, will come back and try other favors!

Fast and easy service, their noodles is fresh and and yummy. A good place for fast and decent Chinese noodles!

Love the sizzling garlic! Taste very flavorful!

I love this mix and match idea for a noodle bar!I got the Sizzling Garlic with Biang Biang noodles. Great flavor and perfect heat for me. It was a lot of oil, though, and the noodles were hard to separate from each other (but we did get it to go so that may have been the reason). I would have loved more garlic, to be honest!
