Our online orders are never on time, typically ready 30 minutes after the time they were supposed to ready. Last time, I had to wait one hour after the scheduled pick up time. Employees are often rude, don't answer questions, or just ignore customers.
The staff here is clearly overworked, I feel bad for them. Extremely hard working but understaffed. Management needs to do a better job with staffing.I arrived at 7:20pm. There was one person ahead of me in line and it took 20 minutes just to get my order in. There were nearly 10 pizzas from online orders that were made before mine and the 2 staff (3rd person showed up after about 20 minutes) were clearly overwhelmed. There was no sign of a management nearby. They were either in the back or not around.After 30 minutes of being in the store I finally got my pizza. It was very good and redeemed this place from 1 star to 3 stars.

I love their MOD thin crust base for my pizza. You can customize your own pizza. They have the fresh ingredients. The pesto sauce is amazing! …. I can eat MOD pizzas everyday…
Yikes! From door to pickup, it's about 30mins to get a pizza. Apparently, online orders take priority. So, while we were second in line, we had to wait for all of these other pizzas to get made. Then, we waited and waited, and finally approached the counter as our pizzas were about to be handed to someone else waiting for their to-go order. Haven't eaten the pizza yet - so, hopefully quality is as good as other Mods. May try it again later when they've streamlined their operations.

Mehhh...... price still good. Quality going down. Razor thin crust now like a saltine cracker. Top of pizza still raw, everything luke warm, everything on top tastes raw and undercooked. Maybe an oven issue? Ranch or house sauce- disgusting like from a leftist cafeteria. Maybe a price increase will ensure good quality.
I get that things are more expensive…but I’m not down with shrinkflation. Pizza is smaller and they were out of several ingredients including my favorite. Still tasty but I’m done.
If you want a thin crust pizza that's fast, hot, and made to order, give MOD a try! Tons of toppings and some great deals, you can get a custom pizza for lunch or dinner for a very reasonable price. Nice indoor and outdoor seating areas. Social distancing practiced and very clean.
