Please do not go to this Erik's Delicafe location. The Kiely Blvd location is 10x better both in terms of the quality of customer service as well as in terms of the high standard of food they serve. That is our go to place for ordering except on days when unfortunately we get hungry 30 mins earlier in the morning at 9.30 am when our favourite location is not yet open. Horrible mistake!We ordered 4 sandwiches for the 4 of us via Doordash and they gave us only 3, horribly made sandwiches in the bag. That’s ok, mistakes happen but they were extremely rude to us on the phone when we called them to explain the mistake! And what? Over a sandwich? Abysmal customer service. From next time I will stay hungry for the next 30 minutes and order from the other locations.

The staves were extremely courteous and polite, and the family-style restaurant is not to be missed.
If I knew it would take forever, never would have ordered. Two employees, overwhelmed with lunch orders. Not sure what the issue was but definitely won’t be back (haven’t even gotten to the food yet....the Diet Coke tastes normal though lol). Over half an hour and still waiting....ridiculous.
Had the clam chowder. It was just okay

I’m a huge fan of Erik’s Deli but at this location, the woman who was working late in the afternoon asked me to leave because she had to leave and close up hours before the restaurant was due to close. I’ve also shown up on other occasions and found the doors locked before the end of the restaurant’s operating hours. I can’t imagine the owner of Erik’s would be happy to know this is happening at this location.
