Was in the mood for xiaolong bao and saw some good reviews for Dough Zone - decided to give it a try. I went solo around 4pm and there were plenty of seating.Ordering 5/5 : You scan a bar code at the table and then it takes you to an app that allows you to order on your phone . Within minutes they brought out the first couple appetizers..pretty amazing!Food 4/5 :Xiaolong bao - awesome! I got the standard pork classic. Tasted warm and comfy. Rivals other xiaolong bao in the Bay area.Interior vibes:4/5Assymetrical table layout. Modern Clean n cozy feeling. Smaller tables for solo eaters . Most table are bench type seat 4. Look at the attached pics .Tips:Gets crowded on weekends and wait line forms outside ..I waited to go mid week.

I went to the DZ in Seattle and was so happy with it!So when I found out they were by the AirBnB we were staying at…I picked my friend up from San Jose Airport and e we drove there. When we arrived we learned we had about 5 minutes to order. We scanned the QR code and ordered right away. I honestly don’t know what all we ordered cause when an dish arrived, we would eat so quickly cause we realized we were so hungry! From the pictures we have soup dumplings with chicken, chicken pot stickers, and a spicy beef bao. I enjoyed some noodles as well, but forgot to take a picture. The spicy beef bao was not spicy and kind of dry. I wish there was sauce I could dip it in.Overall I would go back and earlier so I could try more things and enjoy the cucumber dish they bring at the beginning!

Not bad, but not my favorite either. The customer service was really great though, very attentive and friendly. You place your order on your phone and then after you're done eating you can pay your tab on the phone or with a server (FYI, they don't accept Amex). We had a variety of dishes and it was easy to share amongst everyone!

Not bad, but not as good as some other xlb places. When I went they were out of pork xlb so we got chicken but it was still okay. The pork shrimp dumplings were cute. Wasn't a huge fan of the pork pot stickers because they tasted a bit cold and not crispy on the bottom. The beef potstickers came hot and juicy inside though. Chili oil wontons were good but pretty small quantity. Dan Dan noodle was okay, also pretty small quantity which is not bad since you can try more different options. Also enjoyed the q-bao and scallion pancakes. Though a bit too oily. The pickled cucumbers were a bit too sweet for me and my sister.

No real surprises this time around. We sampled nearly everything on the menu at their Seattle restaurant (in the Seattle International District fka Chinatown?) last summer at the recommendation of my son's dear friend who had moved there after college. This Cupertino restaurant is tucked away behind Main Street. Admittedly, we do not dine in much these days but instead ordered take out in person while masked. The greeter/hostess/server is super nice and quite attentive. She even comps us an alternative dessert because they did not have the custard that my spouse really enjoyed the first time. The order is completed precisely at their prescribed time and is thankfully accurate given we didn't open any containers in this impeccably and snuggly packaged order until we get it home. Each box is labelled with individual tags, though. Whenever ordering take out, I am reminded of the prophetic (and profane) words spoken by Leo Getz (Joe Pesci) from Lethal Weapon 2.Back home, my spouse truly delights in the food she ordered (after a quick carousel ride bathed in uwaves), including the chicken/veggie , wonton soup, veggie pot stickers, pork wontons with chili sauce and (free) cheesecake. The wrappers are al dente but delicate and the fillings are tasty but with discernibly unique flavors. For my part, I slurp up the dan dan noodles that have bite both to the tooth [sic] and tongue. My lips were smacking from the strong characteristic flavor profile while simultaneously and paradoxically numb (from the ground Sichuan peppercorns.)I hope this helps.Pictures included.

Very fast service and the food was very delicious. The sparkling Yuzu was great along with their Milk Tea. The favorite was the ground beef dim sum and banana pancake. Parking was very convenient.

Delicious & affordable! Their specialities are their dumplings. You have to try their potstickers and XLB. Possibly one of the best potstickers I’ve ever had. We also enjoyed the kale salad with sesame dressing, dan dan noodles, and beef noodle soup. The portions are good, so you can enjoy a variety of items on their menu. Friendly staff! We were seated quickly on Sunday for lunch, but expect a longer wait on weekend nights. Worth checking out. We’ll be back!

I just finished my meal here and I have to say, this was one of the best meals I have eaten in my life. My husband and I ordered several different items from all over the menu and every single one was spectacular. I highly recommend the Dough Zone to anyone that sees this review. And if you stop by, you have to get the soup dumplings. They were incredible.

-Crab & Pork Xiao Long Bao [6 pieces] ($7.95)their xiao long bao (XLB) is sooo juicy and yummy for me their skin is a little bit thicker than the ones ive gotten else where but its still super good and def worth checking out! definitely a staple and comfort food during this colder weather szn-Chicken Pot Stickers [6 pieces] ($5.55)i love how they make their pot stickers with the extra crunch on the outside it definitely makes it more fun and the inside is still so juicy and tender making it the perfect combination in every bite-Spicy Beef Sandwich [1 piece] ($5.25)not my favorite item on the menu - i think the presentation was there but the flavor just didnt hit the spot the way i had expected it to based on the presentation. the flavors werent as strong and it tasted kinda bland. i feel like maybe with sauce it would taste better-Beef Stew Noodle Soup ($8.95)definitely not something id reorder. idk if it was just my particular order or what had happened that day but my soup was super bland. i feel like usually with beef stew esp the flavors are more strong. but in this case it just tasted like water. the most flavors found in this noodle soup was just the meat. so that was pretty disappointing-Dan Dan Noodle ($6.25)the dan dan noodles were really good. the flavors lowkey reminded me of migoreng but a little bit more savory and spicier. it had 麻辣 (ma la) numb to each bite which i really enjoyed and this is definitely something id order again!!-Sweet and Sour Cucumber ($5.25)this dish was so refreshing and a good option to share as an appetizer. the flavors of sweet and sour - i feel like were really balanced. it wasnt super sweet or tangy but just right! plus the intricate design and details were fun to cut through and eat-Q Bao [Pan Fried Pork Buns - 4 pieces] ($8.95)omg so so so juicy too!! definitely something that id order again and really enjoyed eating - bc i personally love the bao part of the bun but along with the flavors of pork also made it a hearty addition to what i ordered
