The shop looked as if it was in transition or not fully opened, even though it'd been open for a little while.Overall, not something I'd go out of my way to find, but it's good for a quick stop after the library. Makes a nice bribe for the kiddos too.
I bought an ice cream for my kids to share, paying five dollars of cash for a tiny scoop of ice cream. I found the ungenerous portion unsatisfactory as well as the poor service of not providing a second plastic spoon. She told me to use the tiny spoon that's used for tasting. How much can providing a second plastic spoon cost? But more than the poor service, I thought five dollars was too much to charge for a tiny scoop of ice cream. I would discourage anyone from patronizing this place. I won't be returning.
Very stingy !!! Did not want to give us an extra spoon when we got ice cream with our 2 kids. Very disappointing.

The ladies during the afternoons are super nice. Very helpful and kind. Awesome that the Cupertino library is next door.Coffee ?? is yummy ?They serve Marianne's ice cream from Santa Cruz ?
I bought a coffee and sat at the outside table. one of the clerk came to me saying you can not have food here. I told her I was having the coffee....people at other table is ok. An asian dude is not ok. so racial discriminations. Just you know, the outside area belongs to city of cupertino. Coffee society doesn't have control.
The place is hard to find. It is next to the library and it has changed it's format. It is not the same as the old coffee society on Stevens Creek in front of De Anza. Doesn't have the same vibe and I would pass on it.
Delicious coffee, my favorite is mint mocha!
