It is ridiculous. Waited a pickup order for nearly an hour and the item is wrong.I ordered online and went for pickup. However, the system got some problems, so my order is not received. I waited in a long queue and finally a guy wrote my order down. Then I waited for another 20 mins and finally I received my WRONG order. I ordered chicken but there is no chicken.The workers and manager are so unprofessional. How can a fast food restaurant let a customer to wait for nearly one hour and finally delivers a wrong item? You need to go here to check it out.There are many ways to fix it. For example, give a full refund, or make the process faster and accurate. But they failed to make things right.
This is the worst chipotle place i have ever been to. I asked for kids menu and he did not cook cheese quesadilla well. When i asked them to cook again. She was arguing. Also, it is expensive than other places.Stay away from this location

This is one of those stingy chipotle. You can finish the bowl faster than eating McDonald’s because of the small portion. The guy told me they would charge me for extra rice while his rice scoop was only 50% full. And he would delicately use fingers to grab a pinch of lettuce….maybe they get paid more by giving less but I’m not going back to this chipotle

The lady who packed my bowl wants to give as less food as possible. every thing is half of the quantity what they used to give.The bowl is half size. Literally 4 leaves of pre cut lettuce. This used to be my go to place not anymore.
Horrible staff, terrible food. I complained about a serious incident 10's of times, entire organization showed no interest in even taking note of it. Sent many tweets to @chipotletweets. They look at who's complaining (culture, race, whatnot) before even choosing to take a complaint. Fooled me many times by promising a callback or promising to call at a certain time, and never calling or coming online. This place is located in a multi cultural area, do we really need such joints near our homes?
Food quality for takeout is really down the hill. Not sure if it’s an employee’s problem or the management just gave up.The food is cold and watery. Too much sauce with little to none protein.Where’s the chicken and extra lettuce I ordered?
Was waiting for my pickup with my service dog when the cashier shouted through the restaurant ‘no animals inside’, i then walked up to him and told him it was a service dog to which he responded ‘are you sure?’. I asked for the manager, he told me it’s not possible. I won’t be back, thank you.
The manager or one of the employees was extremely rude when their system went down. They made me feel like I was cheating them. Will not come back here!
