The quality of the food has been consistently good, the sauces were excellent and my family loved the chicken rice. My centenarian mom loves the Hainanese Chicken and the authentic tasting ginger scallion sauce. I am super impressed by the excellent customer service rendered to us when there was a small glitch with our order. I contacted the store and within 10 minutes I received a response. The young man was courteous, professional, and most of all, sincere and transparent. Being an experienced customer service caller and callee, I was very heartened by his candor and genuine care. Very very refreshing quality! My family will definitely come back for more.
Delicious Hainanese/Singaporean chicken place. I got 2 extra of the famous ginger sauces and just smothered everything in it. They have an easy-to-use kiosk computer menu ordering system that walks you through all the options.

Nonetheless, what got me interested in this establishment was the surprising name, "Chicken Meets Rice." Quite attention grabbing. This place is located in a mini food court next to the 99 Ranch Market. The manager, Jonathan, was kind and nice enough to explain and accommodate our requests to our order.What we had ordered:1) Split Protein Box: Fried Chicken, Tofu, Chicken Fried Rice, Chicken Broth, and Sweet Chili and Teriyaki Sauce.2) Grilled Chicken Box, Sticky Rice, Veggie Broth, Teriyaki and Sweet Chili Sauce.My friend and I enjoyed every bite of our meals. The concept of chicken and rice is simple, but the flavors were so delicious and flavorful. Super healthy with protein and a medley of vegetables with the rice. The broths were a good palate cleanser and not salty at all. I had not eaten the entire day, so I was super pleased that this was my first meal of the day!Would love to come here again! :)

This place usually has great rice and chicken plates, but I had a disappointing experience on Saturday at lunch hour. Ordered a grilled chicken box at 12:50; staff seemed backed up with too many orders. I told a staff member my name and waited.They ran out of grilled chicken sometime during my wait and ended up cancelling my order completely. I was told nothing and ended up finding out only because I happened to check my email.There is also a preference for in-person orders over DoorDash, to the point that DD customers were waiting well over 30-45 min for their orders while in-person orders were done within 10-15.It's unfortunate that this location can't handle the weekend lunch rush, and I can't recommend that anyone spend their time or money here during the weekend.

And I enjoy a basic chicken and rice meal. This was very tasty and I enjoyed the different sauces that come with it. I recommend this place for a nice quick easy healthy meal.
They have short menu but delicious chicken dishes/combos. Visited more than 3 times and will return again. Good portion and don't forget to add coffee-milk tea with your order.
Small lil kiosk tucked all the way in the back. Nice friendly staff, food is on point like main the location. Portions could be a lil better, esp the veggies.
This place is AMAZING! Especially the manager Kendrew is super nice and helpful! If you guys are considering coming here do it! It’s 1000% worth it. Not only is the food amazing and fresh but the customer service is top-tier. I can’t wait to come back!
