Service was really bad. Place is not clean. Had to wait 30 mins even with reservation. We are vegetarians so had to make our food first. But forgot one item in our list and cooked it later after making meat without cleaning. Same with the guy sitting next to us was allergic to seafood and mixed his with seafood. Not worth the price.

We reserved at 8:45 and was not seated until 9:10. The perception is very lack of patience when I check my position.
My daughter is starting 9th grade this fall. Celebrated her growth and new chapter in life.
Great food and service
Food and staff were pleasant. The main issue that I had with this place is that it took a long time for us to get seated and for the chef to arrive at our table. We had a 6:30 reservation and we were seated at 7 PM. Our server took our order and we waited almost 45 minutes from the time we ordered for our chef to arrive at our table. The food and the chef were great and entertaining. Just wished we didn't have to wait so long for everything...
My son had a great birthday experience. The server was great and the chef was amazing.

Chef David was fun and nice. Food was great but the prices are very expensive!
We have loved Benihana in the past, but this time too much pepper was on all the food. Most of the food was definitely too spicy/peppery for us.
