It's one of the best bowls of beef noodle soup I've had in the Bay. Meat and tendon were cooked well. Noodles seem to be special made and have a great mouth feel. And the soup is rich and flavorful, without being too salty. They have dumplings and some side dishes as well, but we stuck to the beef noodle. I got the soy sauce braised beef noodle soup with half tendon/half meat.

Taiwan ?? Beef Noodle SoupAfter the opening of Duan Chun, Apt Li Xiang is the next Taiwanese beef noodle soup that has opened up in the Bay AreaUnlike Duan Chun, the interior and setting are more modest and the Cupertino location seems to be a collab with Hechaa, the prior bubble tea purveyor at the locationInterestingly, they also sell Lady M cakes so this could be a one-stop shopService is extremely friendly although English is not the primary language and ordering is all via QR in the modest interior spaceWith a price point equal to Duan Chun, the noodle soup is a bit underwhelming, lacking in presentationFortunately, it makes up for it in flavor and the savory beef broth and bouncy noodles hit clearly above initial impressionsThe beef shank and tendon are modestly tasty although both are crudely cut and lacking compared to the brothThey sell frozen beef broth and prepackaged noodles so they may produce most of the items at their main store in Milpitas. I enjoyed it enough to buy one for home? Braised Beef and Tendon Noodle Soup $15.99 ~ braised beef shank, beef tendon, pickled mustard greens?Apt Li-Xiang (Cupertino, CA)

They're in the same spot as Hechaa, but now serving the beef noodle soup and dumplings from Apt Li-Xiang.The waitresses are super friendly, and I was able to order via scanning a QR code. My noodles arrived quickly and was delicious! The spicy beef broth is rich and just the right amount of spiciness. Noodles are cooked to a good doneness. The beef could be more tender, but not bad at all. Will definitely come back and try more dishes!

A restaurant with culinary star from Taiwan as it’s spokesman specializing in beef noodle soup and dumplings. You can also buy their creation in frozen form to cook at home. A bit pricy and the taste is authentic but not top notch.
