Their daily specials are well worth the price. Whatever images seen on their FB page are indeed what you get, consistent quality of presentation with all the orders. Very honest advertising, rare in this day and age.
They currently only have takeout. The menu is pretty big with some inventive dishes. The food is delicious (even after you take it home). The Salmon Poke, the seafood bento, and the chicken bento are all great. For appetizers the akedashi tofu and chicken wings are great as well.The menu has few vegetarian restaurants, but there is always kappa maki.Even for a Japanese restaurant, a little pricey. But, food is delicious.

Food is always fresh and delicious. There’s always a variety of specials every week besides their main menu items. It’s easy to place an order and pickup. Try it; it will become your main takeout restaurant like it has become ours!

I hate it when waiters keep bothering you when you try to eat, and don’t felt welcomed at all with waiters yelling greetings at me upon entering and I completely blame snobby reviewers for that.I felt comfortable eating here, and I think it’s nice having someone take the time to make your meals pretty because I don’t bother with presentation at all when cooking at home
This is definitely a hidden gem. I recently ordered take out (in the midst of a pandemic with SAH...) I was super hungry placed an order with 10-15 mins before they opened on Sunday picked up my order. Got there right when they opened. Well I attempted to pick up my order then I saw they had drinks, and shaved ice available so I had to add that to my order. 1 strawberry w/condensed milk, 1 green tea w/condensed milk, combo C, #1, and the kid’s meal. I got the sashimi combo. OMG it’s delicious! It’s a bit of a drive for me, luckily I was somewhat near the area so I had my hubby swing by there so we can grab dinner. Now I wished I lived closer to Ajito... until we meet again
