Disappointing sweet breads. I bought a mango custard bread that tasted of nothing, no mango taste not even any custard taste. I had an expectation of it being at least a little sweet but it had no flavor at all, I'd compare it to eating a slice of milk bread. The mini cheesecakes were also lackluster tasting extremely plain.In terms of service, the staff mixed up my order for a panna cotta with a slice of on of their cakes, which I only noticed once I had arrived home. The cake I think was one of their mango slices which again, had no mango taste, so needless to say avoid anything mango from this bakery.
Loved the Mango Brulee?Awesome taste, less sweet, quite liked it ?But the disappointment is they don't do name writing on Birthday cakes, which is kinda turn off factor
Please note my review is specific to this store only - the other stores I visited are still good.I ordered a birthday cake online and picked this store as the pick-up place 4 days before. When I went to pick it up in the store, the staff told me that as the ingredients were not delivered, they could not fulfill the order. I checked my mailbox and found they only notified me 1 hour before the scheduled pick-up time. How rude could it be to not notify the customer at least one day in advance if you could not fulfill the order. Plus the manager did not even try to fix the problem at all.I will take my business elsewhere going forward, and I recommend staying away from this store.
I've been a regular customer since the day they opened. It's been sad to see how the quality of products and services have been going down over the years. Nowadays they often run out of basic products already in the morning. Most unfortunate however is a notably lax attitude of this business to public health guidelines, especially during these difficult times.
Went in for my morning snacks and drink and I was unable to get my full order , because it looked like they only scheduled 1 person to work the A.M. shift , which makes no sense during morning rush. The cashier seemed panicked and rushed and the person I recommend to join me didn't get their drink order fulfilled neither , spoke highly of this place

Great Asian bakery. We took their bread and made french toast. Utterly amazing. The beads are great and the other items just as good. The egg dishes are out of this world to.
Great savoury buns and brioches, loved the tiramisu and would like to visit this bakery again. The desserts are not very sweet, that’s perfect for someone like me.Would prefer a little better service. Overall a good place to buy baked treats.Sugar butter paradise?
Mango crème brûlée was amazing! Definitely getting this again!
I bought my birthday cake on 11/19/2021 but they didn’t accept the sweets card on that date!
