My go to boba shop when I am around the area. They have the varities which mist boba shop donotboffer. I tried new green thai tea and it is unique. I think they use pandan. I like the mungbean too.
I went to this location for the first time today, before I would go to the one on Saratoga. But I'm glad this one opened since it's a bit closer to me. I always get the mung bean milk tea with less sweet.
House coffee is sweet. Pastries are also on the sweet side.
I tried couple of the drinks here, too sweet for me, and they even can’t change the sweet level. Although they said can make it less sweetness but still same.
Very cozy/chill ambience with select quality of tea. Would recommend it for a place to study with a group of friends.

Great store layout! Lots of seating and power outlets. I went for the green Thai tea. Ordered 50% (easy)sweetness, would have probably ordered less if I knew how sweet it is. For reference, 50% at teaspoon is my comfort level. Lots of parking too, nice area.
The shop has a nice arrangement with open seating. The drinks would be even better if you can adjust the sweetness, even “easy sweet” is still sugary. It would be nice if customers can adjust the sweetness 0%-100% sweetness.The drinks are high quality. Our favorite flavors are the green thai, mung bean and taro milk tea. They are also known for their house coffee too :)
Been wanting to try this place since the coming soon sign has been up forever. Finally got our chance today. Saturday afternoon there was a short line. The menu isn’t huge. I got my usual jasmine milk tea but couldn’t get half sweet because if you choose half sweet, it isn’t non dairy anymore. It was a good. The kids got the strawberry hibiscus with boba which I tasted and it was good. The pastry was warmed for us and it was yummy too. I will come back. They have indoor seating to hangout with friends.
