Great food, great prices but so great of service Staff Is unfriendly.((BEWARE))Don't dare try to enjoy dinner a hour before they close they will not seat you they'll tell you to go only, reallyridiculous.
Nice quiet restaurant with a nice ambiance. The place was very comfortable and the food came relatively quickly. The prices were very affordable and I'm glad I found this place. The staff was also attentive and very responsive. Would definitely come back.
Wonderful food and very calm, relaxing atmosphere, which was so nice! I've been having trouble finding a restaurant here that doesn't have guests crammed in like a cafeteria and either loud music, making it impossible to have a conversation, or so noisy with absolutely no efforts at sound deadening features. The tofu curry was delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised with the perfectly cooked shrimp and eggplant. We couldn't get enough! Tree House Thai Restaurant is one of the best kept secrets of West L.A.!
I been dinning at this place for 3 years. But this week i was very disappointed at the bad customer service I received from the staff (NUI)My waitress was no where to be found. So i had to remove the plates from my table so my family can enjoy the dinner. We ask for water and no one was serving us. We where the only family in the establishment.Well after 15 minutes of waiting she came back with the tab and in the tab she added a 18% of Gratuity i told her that i felt that i did not get good service during our dinner why should i give a gratuity for bad service.Her respond was that she was taken care of her child in the back. I was very surprise at her respond. At the end She did not remove that 18% i will never return to this location.Bad serviced and the food was not like before.If you have dine in at this location you will see the baby walking around the restaurant following his/her mother the waiters.thats not safe for a child to be. 01/06/22
Went to Tree House Thai with seven people. The place was pretty empty at Sunday 7pm. The food was good, the steamed fish with chili lime sauce was excellent. I'd give the food 4 stars. BUT the service was horrible. The waitress was dutiful but abrupt and not caring. Maybe she was tired and overworked. Also be very careful with the dishes that come on a burner as the flame on the device they use is impossible to put out at the table. They use a device that literally burns oil uncontrollably in a metal cup. The flame on our table was so huge it was boiling super rapidly the soup. We had to call out loudly for the waitress to return and she said the flame couldn't be reduced and took the whole thing back to the kitchen to be put out. I don't think the fire department would like this device. Luckily no one got hurt. The restaurant should change to safer burners if they want a flame at the table. And focus on better service
Unassuming Thai restaurant tucked away on Venice Blvd which surprised us with great food and service. So far, the orange chicken and pad thai are just the best, and we’re glad to have finally found a place which doesn’t the break the bank! All round great Thai place for those looking for more affordable options around Culver City.
Great food and very affordable. The staff are so kind and helpful. The food is delicious, this is the second time I went there and I am definitely coming back again:)

I've had dinner here a few times now and always thoroughly enjoy my meal as well as drinks from the bar. The atmosphere is laid back and low-key. It continually has been a decompressing experience every time I eat here, and I love it.
Love this place! I always do take out and they are so kind - give me extra sauces and stuff. My fav is panang curry (vegan) and thai ice tea! Five stars!
