This is the worst stone oven location I’ve ever been to. Every time I go they are missing something important. One day they are out of bread, the next day the oven is off; today they were only taking cash because “the system is down”. Get it together!
Terrible customer service!!Called in 30 mins before arriving to place an order when I get there my food isn’t ready they barely start to make it. Ask for an explanation but no everyone just ignored me..The previous time I went in 30 mins prior to closing and they no longer had the bread to make my sandwich. Why say you close at 8 if your going to be closing earlier.. worst stone oven
Came here earlier in the day around 2-3pm. It was pretty busy but overall good food. Spicy chicken with pasta is what I got, I recommend that.
Honestly, the food is really good but the customer service is HORRIBLE! Whoever owns this location should talk to the people who work the cash register. EVERY single time I come here the cashier has an attitude, like it’s obvious she hates her job. I understand maybe having a bad day, but I kid you not, it’s every time I come. Other than that, the bread is amazing & the Chicken Basil sandwich is my fave.
Called to place an order and girl who answered phone had an attitude and couldn’t communicate herself well. You need to fire her, food is great. Tastes very good, customer service is horrible.
The guy handling the bread was also handling the money never changed his gloves during the process, another customer complained about it and he just didn't care and continued with the bread prepping

Food is great their but the employees attitudes are repulsive. I sat in line behind two other customers and watched as the employees just kept setting up the meals without saying a word to the customers who were standing there. The two customers left and then when I ordered the employee walked away while I was trying to order something different after they said some ingredients were not available. When I was able to pick something else he asked me if I was done as if I was bothering him. Mind you my nephew was standing next to me ready to give his part of the order. I know they were short staffed but there is a better way to interact with their customers.
Pros: amazing food. Fresh bread.Cons: customer service is very horrible.Cashier females need to be more friendly.Their facial expressions show that they hate their job. They do not know how to take food orders.They also have attitude towards the customers.Just be prepare to expect horrible customer service.
