I’ve been here before and service is slow but I wanted to give it another try. Like others have shared. Customer service is atrocious. Stood in line for about 15 minutes and there were two baristas working - one taking orders and making drinks while the other hung out checking his cellphone. Then when it’s my turn I ask for an iced coffee and they tell me the coffee machine isn’t working. Really? You could’ve announced that or put up a sign saying that.
The worst customer service. I asked for a drink I always get and they messed up twice and did not apologize and had ver bad attitude. They need to be consistent with rhe drinks they make. My father also had bad experience.
Berry nice
Bought a lemon loaf from this location on 10/6/21. The packaging for the lemon loaf had a manufacture date of August 2021, over 2 months. The hand written discard by date on the package was 10/6/2021. I was told they keep the pastries for only 3 days. If you want a pastry that isn't marked to be thrown away the day you bought it, or worse, do not purchase one here. I contacted Starbucks head office in Seattle and the customer service agent issued a refund to my Starbucks card.
