As a former partner at this store, this response is to Kevin Whitehead down in the comments. I agree, partners should get trained on how to deal with a Karen or a Kevin that arrive with an entitlement. The training should consist of developing superpowers such as reading your mind because clearly you standing midway without notifying a partner just won’t do it.Secondly, if we do not see your order, it is protocol to ask the customer to revise if the order was sent to the right location. If the order is not sent to the right location, a partner will remake your order to save yourself a trip. Moreover, you missed to write in your comment that you had a tantrum and yelled, “Gosh! I come to this store all the time, I know it’s the right location!”. Clearly, people like entitle Kevin are not used to being questioned. Of course I will ignore your behavior because it’s unacceptable. Your order was not completed due to technical error that day and you were given your items once completed.Employees quit retail/food beverage because people like entitle Kevin expect to be treated like royalty after yelling at an employee. In my book, the customer is not always right. I advise YOU to take a course on how to bring down your entitlement. Aside from blinking and moving the eyeballs from side-to-side, rolling my eyes will cause additional work that I don’t need.

Very warm Starbucks with great employees. Nice butterfly decor brings Starbucks up a nouch. I love this Starbucks, great service. Thanks Starbucks!!

Talk about a branch location with horrible management and/or training! Not only is the staff pretty much only interested in hanging out and conversations amongst each other rather than provide service to customers…. But when they do engage, not very friendly! Karla was the barista today (Sunday 1/30/22 @ 11:40am) and she was particularly rude and when she asked if I had a mobile order I said yes, and then she said she didn’t have my order and needed to verify I actually ordered at the correct location. I had to run out to my car and grab my phone to show her the app indicating I didn’t make a mistake. Then when my order was completed they didn’t announce it or acknowledge me until I came back up to the counter, when Karla completely ignored me, no eye contact and then rolled her eyes at me when I pointed behind her to the iced green tea I ordered. Karla needs another training course in customer service or should find a job she actually likes. Horrible.

It is the most brilliant café around. . They presently run a delightful, direct business that offers amazing support! It is unquestionably an absolute necessity attempt!

A remarkable place of service. The people that work here care about how I am and they have incredible attention to detail. I went here clueless on what to order, however, I was fortunate enough to get by far the best customer service I have ever had. I do not say this lightly. When I came here I expected to just get my coffee and leave. I believe the greatest differentiator from any coffee shop is the interaction you get with the barista’s. Here I didn’t know what to order and a down to earth barista, April, gave me a delicious recommendation: an iced caramel macchiato with blonde shots. My goodness, may I say this is by far the best coffee I have ever had. Furthermore, I think although I ordered something simple, April greeted me in a warm fashion, had a brief conversation while I was ordering, and made me leave with a sense of happiness along with my new favorite drink. This made me realize that any coffeeshop can make a great coffee drink, however, it is rare to meet a barista that makes you feel like if you were family. If you are looking for coffee there are plenty of places, but if you are looking for an heart warming and empowering experience this is the place to be.Thank you Starbucks team for making my day!

Clean and you never know who you might meet inside. I made a business relationship with a guy that, owns a health food store in LA Called Florence fresh in Los Angeles. Best conversation that's started my day along with my Strawberry refresher ?

Order a tea with lemon slices & honey. After I paid & waited is when I asked for the lemon & honey only to be told Sorry no lemon & honey has been added to my tea. Grabbed my tea & left only to find no honey in the tea but it was on sleeve & side of my cup???. Also if I come in & order a REGULAR TEA..DON'T TRY TO UP SALE ME that's why I was specific!!! And to think I paid with $5.00 bill & told her to keep the change cause I believe in tipping. Last time FOR SURES????????????????????????

The plaza in which Starbucks is located has parking which is great but there are no outlets to plug in a laptop/phone/ tablet. I’m guessing cause of the pandemic but it sucks. Anyway, coffee is avg.

Amazing vibes! Amazing customer service. Definitely one of the best Starbucks I’ve visited so far.
