Possibly one of the best sushi spots in town. Very low key and really small spot, but the staff is incredibly nice and accommodating. The crispy rice is top tier and all the roles are ~scrumptious~

Places like this deserve 6 stars. The sushi bar is humble. The food is passionately made. Chef Thomas and his wife Sohpia approach what they do to their fullest. The food here is balanced in flavor. The rice is so delicious that to waste a grain is too much. The sashimi was served at the perfect level of freshness and temperature. The crispy rice is something I've never had before; it did not disappoint. I'm glad I chose something unique. I'd recommend trying out out.Thinking about normal sushi rice and then rice here isn't the same. It changes the experience of the rolls. The Alaska and Chewbacca rolls make my mouth water even thinking about it. The chefs choice on the special rolls is exquisite.I asked for his favorite roll. For that he served us the godzilla. Because the ingredients used were so fresh and prepared with such care, a usually greasey roll was rich with smokey flavors and balanced rice. For dessert we tried the truffle. They come out frozen and ad they thaw you can start to chizzle away at it. The food is meant to be eaten with as much care as it is made with. This is the place I will take visitors for sushi.Such a splendid experience.

Unpretentious, delicious sushi. Great service too.

What a delicious sushi place! Tons of variety in the dishes— you can order nigiris of the same fish prepared in many different ways (yuzu, shoyu, truffle, etc). A bit pricey ($7 per nigiri piece and $20 for a roll), but you definitely get what you pay for. The dishes are so flavorful and fresh. One thing I wasn’t a fan of was the amount of wasabi used for every piece, it really burned my throat! Next time I’ll ask for less. Small place, but it feels very private. Excited to come back again and try the other nigiris.

Amazingly fresh sushi that is always served at the perfect temperature and cut with the precision of a surgeon. The flavors are remarkable and the new spicy roll with habanero was a great addition for the heat seekers ?. They only serve rolls with brown rice which is healthier and taste better imo. Can be a bit pricy but worth it. No liquor allowed, respect the Shikibu way.

Brown rice rolls, great sushi.

I'm so glad we came here for lunch. Each roll was so good you didn't even need to add soy sauce. Even the Philadelphia roll seemed unique, possibly due to the brown rice and cream cheese. The service was great and very nice.

Very small location but definitely worth it!! The food was delicious and service was great. They only use brown rice and it's so tasty. Very good quality ingredientsI tried the spicy tuna roll, California roll and miso soup.

Authentic Japanese restaurant. Very nice staff, I think they are also owners, originally from Tokyo so they know what is the Japanese food. Extremely fresh, never tried anything more fresh. Definitely coming back!

If you like sushi and are looking for a quick little stop this is the place! What it lacks in size it makes up for in flavor! I recommend the crispy brown rice yellow tail and spicy tuna. Service is always great and welcoming.
